• Tax assessment / public records on 147 million parcels of property in the United States.
• Mortgage and lien information.
• Nationwide school data, test scores and parent reviews.
• Dynamic mapping: school zones, neighborhoods, ZIP codes, cities, FEMA, etc.
• Geo-spatial data including aerial photography, street level and bird’s eye view.
• Census, demographic and lifestyle data.

Acronyms/Terms
• RVM® – Realtors Valuation Model. This is the home value estimates, adds MLS data, current listing and off market information to produce this estimate. When you have a RVM® this is starting point for you to make value refinements to get the best price you can.
• AVM – Automated Valuation Model. A property’s valuation or Estimated Home value is generated by a specialized computer program called an AVM. Uses sales trends and specific property details. Zillow, Truila, Realtor, Google Real Estate, AOL Real Estate.
• CIE - Commercial Information Exchange. This is an internet-based commercial property listing service similar to LoopNet.
• Off Market – not for sale

• The For Sale search will search solely for properties that are currently on the market. Off Market, Recently Sold, etc, will not be included in this search. For Sale properties are not available in all markets. The availability depend on whether or not that particular MLS has shared their MLS data with RPR.
• To include search criteria beyond the basic search bar, simply choose the type of search you want to conduct, in this case a For Sale search that will yield only properties that are currently For Sale in the area selected, and click on the “Advanced Search” link.
