GLOBAL
Base metals have been intact in positive trend from last few
months and same can continue for now. Zinc is on verge of short
term breakout and likely to show next set of upward move.
The daily chart shows that prices are intact sideways action from
last 9 days and prior to that upside rally was witnessed. This
suggests continuation pattern and a bullish sign.
RSI (14 days) has also relieved its overbought state and has created
further room on upside.
On downside 172-171.50 will act as good support zone and move
above 178 will indicate that trend towards 184-185 levels has
started. Buy on dips strategy is recommended.
