2001 EDT, 22 JUN 2015, a 10 Kilo Ton (KT) improvised nuclear device detonated in NE Grand Rapids, MI. Primary and secondary effects are catastrophic. Beginning 240600JUN15 the Governor directed evacuation of citizens inside the Radiological Control Zone (RCZ).
