1. AIMS AND OBJECTIVE OF THE NCC:

To develop qualities of character, courage, comradeship, discipline,

leadership, secular outlook, spirit of adventure & sportsmanship and the

ideals of selfless service among the youth to make them useful citizens.

To create a human resources of organized, trained and motivated youth

to provide leadership in all walks of life including the Armed Forces

and always available for the service of the Nation.

To create suitable environment to motivate the youth to take up a career

in the Armed Forces.

2. IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2015-16 NCC CADETS OF

KRISHNA CHANDRA COLLEGE, HETAMPUR TOOK

PART IN VARIOUS TRAINING ACTIVITIES

2.1. NCC CADETS WITH THEIR VARIOUS ACHIEVEMENTS

2.1.1 THAL SENA CAMP (TSC- I & II) – 2015

One Cadet got selected for THAL SENA CAMP (TSC- I & II) held at Panaghar

CDT AARSHI KHATUN

This very cadet participated in TSC- I & TSC-II. He did excellent job in firing

2.1.2. ADVANCE LEADERSHIP CAMP- 2015

SUO SUBHRA SAKHAR BHANDARI

He actively took part in various competitions held in that camp.

2.1.3. NCC DAY CAMP-2015

CDT MALAY GHOSH

This cadet participated in NCC Day CAMP-2015, which was held in Fort

William, Kolkata in the month of November-2015.

2.2. BATTALION BEST CADET AWARD 2015

SUO SUBHRA SAKHAR BHANDARI was adjudged battalion

best cadet for his outstanding performance.

2.3. REPUBLIC DAY CAMP-2015

Five cadets were selected in pre republic day camp for the contingent of West

Bengal & Sikkim Dte.

These cadets participated in PRDC-I, PRDC-II & PRDC-III They were part

of various RDC activities there.

These two cadets were finally selected for Republic Day Camp, Delhi & took

part in Prime Minister’s Rally and Cultural Competition. Both of them own

prizes in cultural competition.

2.5. ALL INDIA TREKKING - 2015

& SEVEN OTHER CADETS

Total ten cadets participated in All India Trekking at Gaya & did perform

well there.

2.6. OTHER CAMPS OF 2015

Cadets from this college participated in highest number in annual training,

combine annual training showed extra ordinary performances bagging

trophies, medals etc.

3. INTER COLLEGE COMPITITION 2015 Like every year this year also this college participated in inter college

competition & own prizes.

4. GUARD OF HONOUR

Selected cadets gave GUARD OF HONOUR to the group commander during

annual inspection.

5. DRILL COMPETITION

Exemplary performance by the contingent of this company in drill

competition.

6. BLOOD DONATION CAMP 2015

48 cadets participated in Blood Donation Camp organised at college premises

in the month of November 2015 in collaboration with Blood Bank, Suri Sadar

Hospital.
