Human Performance and Cognition inLeadership and Decision Making Dr. Cary Stothart will bejoining the U.S. ArmyResearch Institute as aresearch psychologistthis October. Caryreceived his Ph.D. fromFlorida State Universityin 2016 and started hispostdoc at Notre Damethe same year. Duringhis year at Notre Dame,Cary conducted research with Dr. JamesBrockmole in the Visual Cognition Laboratory. Hisresearch focused primarily on human performanceand cognition, especially as it relates to teams. Thisexperience helped prepare him for his new positionwhere he will continue conducting research onhuman performance and cognition, but as it relatesto leadership and decision making.
