Slightly tear the tinfoil on each of the four inside corners. One flap will become the dinosaur’s head and the other flap will be the tail of the dinosaur.

Set your egg aside to dry overnight.

Place the ball in the middle of the tinfoil.

Now it’s time to get scrunching! Take one of the leg flaps, and twist it into the shape of a leg. Do the same thing to make a leg on the other side. You should now have two back legs.

To make the tail, twist and scrunch the flap between the back legs so that it looks like a long tail.

Now, twist the front legs and the dino’s head into shape. When you’re twisting your tinfoil, keep pushing it into the tinfoil ball that is your dinosaur’s body. The great thing about tinfoil is that you can twist and shape it any way you like.

Put your baby dinosaur into the egg.Tape the top back onto the egg. Cover the top of the egg in papier-mâché.

Make sure that the top is firmly in place. Once you’re finished, set it aside to dry.

Sprinkle sand onto the glue or roll the egg in the sand. Choose whatever works best for you! Set it aside to dry one last time…Paint white glue onto the egg.

And when your egg is ready to hatch, just break it open!
