Nepal is the land of grate Himalayas, Lord Buddha and the land of perfect blends of ancient beauty and modernity; with so many geographical and cultural diversities. Nepal as "a yam between two boulders", that separates the Asian giants of China and India. Its cultural landscape is every bit as diverse; some dozen major ethnic groups, speaking as many as sixty different languages and dialects, coexist in this state, while two of the world's greatest religion, Hinduism and Buddhism, overlap and mingle with order tribal traditions- yet it's a testimony to the Nepal's ' tolerance and good humor that there is no tradition of ethnic or religious strife. The philosophical treasures, spiritual way of life, ancient literature and Lord Buddha are the greatest image that unites on cultural and philosophical plane between us.

Nepal filled with the pristine beauty of medieval palaces, pagodas, temples, statues and stupas,

and its' offers unparalleled adventure options with abundance in flora and fauna. It is rich in scenic splendor and cultural treasures. As for its people---from the Tharus that shares their land with the splendid Asian tuskers in the plains to the brave yak herders of Dolpo---they are as amazing as the land itself. Here in its tropical jungles, the one horned Rhino prowls, and higher up, the legend of the Yati lives on. Although modernization has set in, the quintessence of ancient Nepal remains amongst its people. But above all, Nepal is a nation of unaffected villagers and terraced hillsides-more then eighty percent of the population lives off the land-and whether you're trekking; sightseeing around the city, sampling this simple lifestyle is perhaps the greatest pleasure of all.

Mustang Trans Himalayan TrekUpper Mustang is located north of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri and at an average of 4000m is geologically and culturally part of the Tibetan plateau. The valleys are arid and dry with colourful rock formations often containing many thousands of cave dwellings high up in the cliffs. The first trekking parties were allowed into Upper Mustang in 1992. Now the Nepalese government requires a special entry permit with surcharge to enter Upper Mustang. There is also strict control in obtaining a special permit from the Department of Immigration to protect their tradition from outside influence as well as to protect their environment. Very few people (around 800 trekkers each year) visiting the Kingdom and as a result it is one of the few places left where one can see undisturbed Tibetan culture.

Upper Mustang is a remote Kingdom with a fantastic walled capital called Lo Manthang. Upper Mustang was used by the salt caravans crossing the Himalaya into Nepal. It became an independent kingdom in 1380 and the Nepalese army traces their lineage as the process of Nepal unification.

Upper Mustang trek start from the Pokhara a beautiful lake city of the western Nepal and crossing the Annapurna conservation area will get to Upper Mustang. Fly to Jomsom will take you at entry point of Mustang called Kagbeni. We start our trek through the Holy river bank of Kaligandaki and follow the upstream to get to Lo-Mangthang, which is capital of the Mustang. On Mustang trek you may have chance to explore the thousand years of old monastery, caves, local tribes and scenic beauties of the different landscapes. You’ll have a great chance to accomplish the blessing from the King and the royal palace during the visit. The trek to Lo-Manthang is through an almost tree-less barren landscape, a steep rocky trail up and down hill and panoramic views of Nilgiri, Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and several other peaks make your trek memorable.

The Manaslu Circuit trek is amazing ethnic and scenic diversity, still relatively un-trekked; the lush rice paddies and traditional villages of Nepal’s ‘Middle Hills’. This Manaslu trek lead us to high Himalayan passes, purely Tibetan villages, spectacular snow-peak panoramas and wonderful campsites. The trekking around Manaslu has long been a restricted area due to the close proximity of the Tibetan border and is now open, but only for organized groups. The route initially traverses a ridge line before descending into the Budi Gandaki River Valley, where we ascend gradually from lush sub-tropical terrain into alpine forest and then the barren yet mystical rain shadow area to the north of Manaslu and Himalchuli peaks. The regions through which we trek are predominantly Buddhist and there are few large villages. This is a remote trek into one of Nepal’s most beautiful areas. We’re permitted access to a restricted region granted only a limited number trekkers each year, which simply adds to the appeal of this trek.

Manaslu trek continues through the traditional villages with their flat-rooted timber houses and workshops in secluded Buddhist monasteries. Enjoy inspiring views of Manasalu. Larkya La Pass marks the divide between Manasalu less trekked western flanks and the Marshyangdi River valley. From the top of the pass, it is almost down-hill through the serene alpine forests and meadows till we come to the main trail of the Annapurna circuit, after being on the main track for a few days our journey continues towards Pokhara via another secret route seldom used by trekkers offering stunning views of the Manasalu and Annapurna range including the magnificent majestic Mt. Machhapuchre (Fish Tail) with the traditional mid hills villages with some highlights of world heritages sites in Kathmandu valley are an another attractions of this visit and life time memories after this journeys.

Upper Dolpo trek is an epic journey crossing many high passes and travels through an area that is culturally Tibetan. This Dolpo trek takes place in the north-west region of Nepal behind the Dhaulagiri massif, towards the Tibetan plateau. Upper Dolpo is one of the remotest and least exposed areas of Nepal, also naturally isolated by the difficult topography and offers rare opportunities to explore near-virgin territory and meet people, almost unexposed to tourism. This Dolpo trek provides chances to visit several unique monasteries (gompas) and an abundance of wild life including Musk Deer, Himalayan Blue Sheep and the legendary elusive Snow Leopard, as well as being home to a fascinating race of Tibetan speaking people.

We start the trek at the airstrip of Juphal continuous encountering interesting places, people, villages, valleys and serene forest of pines, oaks and rhododendron. This trek passes many gigantic mountain ranges and over the Numala pass at 5,400m till we reach the Phoksundo lake at Ringmo village in the “Phoksundo National Park”. After a rest day to explore around the lake we carry on the journey crossing different passes to Jumla.

Upper Dolpo was closed to foreigners for years and is now only possible to visit with an expensive Restricted Area permit. Upper Dolpo was first written about by David Snelgrove in his book titled “Himalayan Pilgrimmage” and more recently by Peter Matthiessen in “The Snow Leopard” and in “Stones of Silence” by George Schaller.

Tsum ValleyCompletely isolated from modern development, the Tsum valley was only opened for tourism activity by the Nepal government as recent at 2007.

Tsum valley lies in Gorkha district and comprises two remote villages called Chumchet and Chhekampar. The name ‘Tsum’ came from the Tibetan word called ‘Tsombo’, which means vivid.

Traditionally Tsum valley was a very distinct place geographically and culturally therefore was called ‘TsumTsoChuksums’, which means thirteen provinces ruled as a single territory.

The trail heads up the valley of the Budi Gandaki River through wild and unexplored country inhabited mainly by members of the Gurung ethnic groups. It also has a long history of Buddhism. The Buddhist saint Milarepa is believed to have meditated in the caves amongst these mountains.

This land is so unexplored that many religious and archaeological relics are still intact at many places in Tsum. People in Tsum Valley still practise polyandry system and they have unique culture, tradition and a dialect of their own. Their unique festivals observed here are Lhosar, Dhacyhang, SakaDawa, Faning among others. The valley also contains many gompas, chortens and mani walls, the longest being over 250m.

The residents of Tsum valley are called Tsumbas. The most interesting fact is that many Tsumbas have claimed to have seen or encountered Mehti, most commonly referred to as the ‘Yeti’.

The lowest point of Tsum Valley trek is Lhokpa (1905m) and the highest is NgulaDhojhyang Pass (over 5093m) on the Tibetan border. The Hidden Valley is surrounded by the BaudhaHimal and HimalChuli to the west, Ganesh Himal to the south, and SringiHimal to the North.

Trip Overview

Island Peak (Imja Tse ) (6,189m/20,305ft) & Lobuche Peak (6119m/20070ft) are two of the most popular trekking peaks in the Nepal Himalaya. Lobuche East (6119m) is one of the most challenging ‘trekkers peaks’ in the Everest region. It is technically demanding and requires greater commitment and climbing expertise. Island Peak has an impressive, highly glaciated West Face that rises from the Lhotse Glacier. Island Peak trekking and climbing takes you into the heart of the Khumbu and gives you magnificent close-up views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Makalu and more. These two Island Peak (Imja Tse) and Lobuche East Peak are the exceptional expedition in the Everest region.

The trip will follow flying to Lukla from Kathmandu and continuous trekking towards Island & Lobuche peak through Khumbu valley. We continuous head to Island peak passing through Tyangboche the most popular point for the view of Mt. Everest, Amadablam and Lhotse as well as the centuries old monastery. The views of Mt. Everest, Mt. Cho Oyu, Mt. Makalu, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Changtse, Mt. Pumori and Mt. Amadablam are marvelous from the top of Lobuche East. After successful ascent on those two peaks we return back the same way to Lukla.

Trip OverviewPisang Peak is one of the popular trekking peak which rises above Pisang village of Annapurna conservation area and lush green Yak pastures in a uniform slope of ice and snow to the final pyramid like summit. Pisang peak is considered one of the easier climbing peaks among the trekking peaks of Nepal. To reach the base camp from Pisang village, the path ascends through sparse forested areas and pasturelands to Kharka (4380m), which is considered the ideal place for setting up Base Camp. High Camp is set up at 5400m, after climbing to a shoulder on the South-West Ridge. There is snow at the high camp from the end of November to the end of March. The well-defined ridge leads to the final snow slop, which is quite steep, however, it is not difficult to reach the summit. The descent is made along the same route. Although this climb is considered to be among the easier ones of the Himalayan region, a reasonably high level of physical fitness and health is still strongly recommended.

This interesting climb starts from Beshishahar in the Valley of the Marshyangdi River. The trail leads you through vastly contrasting flora & fauna towards the majestic peak of Mt. Manasalu and Lamjung Himal. A major intersection of the trail meets at Dharapani while trekking through Larkya La. The Massif of Manang valley is really rich in unique culture and landscapes in fact the Annapurna and Damodar peaks dominate the valley. The trail from here follows a demanding walk to the Pisang Peak. A technical section takes you to a place from where you can catch the entire panorama of the Annapurna Range. The trail then ascends from the Manang valley to reach the top of the Throng Pass at 5416m. After this you have a chance to visit the famous temple of Muktinath. The final part of the trek takes you to Jomsom from where a flight transports you across the great Himalayas to Pokhara.

Trip Overview

Mera Peak climbing (6,476m/21,247ft) & Island Peak climbing (6,189m/20,305ft) are two of the most popular trekking peaks in the Nepal Himalaya and this expedition combines attempts on both mountains with a trek through the remote Honku Valley and a crossing of the spectacular and difficult Amphu Laptsa Pass. The generous itinerary ensures proper acclimatization and we have plenty of days in the event of inclement weather. Being slightly to the south of the main range, Mera peak climbing offers spectacular views from Kangchenjunga in the east to the Langtang region in the west. Island Peak is situated right in the heart of the Khumbu area and although it is dwarfed by the enormous Lhotse Face to the north, the views from the summit are truly exceptional.

BHUTANBHUTANBhutan the World's Last Shangrila

Bhutan is a country nestled in the Eastern Himalayas. Bhutan often revered as the land of the peaceful Dragon is still regarded as one of the last Shangri-La because of its remoteness and it's spectacular mountain terrain, varied flora and fauna and its unique ancient Buddhist monasteries. It is in the relatively unexplored pockets of Asia which allows only limited number of discerning travelers to enter the country in order to protect its fragile environment and culture. Bhutan a purely Buddhist Himalayan Kingdom is unsurpassed in its scenic majesty and vibrant culture. The kingdom shares with Nepal the world's greatest concentration of mountains and living heritage of Buddhism. Visitors and the guests of the country will be surprised that the culture and the traditional lifestyle is still richly intact and at the degree to which it permeates all strands of modern day secular life. Bhutan provide us the opportunity to view from the traditional woven garments to the prayer flags on high mountain slopes, from the built environment to the natural environment, from the religious mask dances to the folk dances, this cultural heritage is proudly evident and offers a unique cultural setting.

The fifty minutes flight from Kathmandu to Paro can truly be described as a flight into fantasy. During the flight a first hand close up view of Mt. Everest, Mt. Kanchenjunga and other famous peaks become reality. Biweekly flights between these two Himalayan countries have made easier travel to the long isolated Dragon Kingdom of Bhutan. We hope that visitors who make the journey to Bhutan enjoy their experience and return home with glowing memories.

The Druk Path TrekTrip Overview

Cultural Highlights of Bhutan, combined with a stunning 5-day trek One of the finest short treks in Bhutan, the Druk Path leads from Paro to Thimphu, following the traditional high route between these towns. After an exploration of the Paro Valley, our first day’s walk takes us up to the ruined Jeli Dzong which sits on a high ridge and commands breath-taking views across to Chomolhari. During the next 4 days of super breaking, we climb above the tree-line and cross several passes, including the Phume La (4210m.). En route, we make camp beside clear mountain lakes, visit a number of yak herders encampments and have splendid views of the peaks on the Bhutan/Tibet border, including Jitchu Drake and Gangkar Puensum. Arriving at Thimphu, we have a full program of sightseeing, at the impressive Tashichoedzong, the traditional summer capital of Bhutan and at the colourful Sunday Market. An excursion to the important dzongs at Punakha and Wangdi completes this unbeatable 2-week taste of Bhutan.

Parts of this trek are following the old route between Paro and Thimphu, crossing the chain of mountains that separates the two valleys. The route is sparsely inhabited (by nomadic

yak herders) but there are wonderful lakes teeming with fish and the area is known for spectacular rhododendron forests which bloom in April & May. In the clear weather of late autumn and winter, great views of the Himalayas are seen as the most part of this trek is along the ridge.

TIBETTIBETTibet, ‘the forbidden part of the world’- locked away in its Himalayan fortress, has long exercised a siren’s hold on the imagination of the West. Tibetans are used to hardship, and despite the disastrous Chinese occupation, they have managed to keep their culture alive. Travel in Tibet comes with some ludicrous permit requirements. The present Chinese policy on individual tourism in Tibet seems to be one of extorting as much cash as possible from foreigners, but not so much as to scare them off completely. Tibet is surely a destination apart from most in the world, the rolling hills of the high plateau and the stunning Himalayas are none to any. Tibet covers 1.2 million sq.kms constituting one eighth of Chinas land mass, with an average elevation of 4,000 meters above sea level, and over 50 peaks above 7,000 meters, Tibet has become a real paradise for mountaineers and explorers. Every traveler wants to taste Tibet with its rich cultural heritage, incredibly dramatic landscapes and fascinating political history as a lifetime dream. Today in the age of information with the net work of computers, mysterious places are rare to be found. But Tibet still had remained a forbidden land for the outsiders. Tibet one of those extraordinary destination where indeed adventure lurks around every corner !

Lhasa is the spiritual and political capital of Tibet. Lhasa means in Tibetan “the land of gods”. There are numerous scenic spots and historical attractions, among which Potala palace, Nobulingka, Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery, Ganden Monastery and Jokhang Temple being the most famous. Tashilhunpo Monastery is its major historic attractions, Mt. Kailash, the near-legendary mountain in western Tibet is holy to both Hindus and Buddhist. People come from far away lands to perform a pilgrimage, one even circle the mountain on the stomach. The mountain is the source of four major Asian rivers.
