Press the Messages button. 2. At the prompt, enter your PIN and then press #. Accessing Voice Mail from Another Phone or Outside the Office 1. Dial your extension (inside the office) or direct dial number (outside the office). 2. Let the call ring to voice mail, and then press *. 3. Enter your extension, and then press #. 4. Enter your PIN and then # to access your voice mailbox. Listening to Messages 1. At the main voice mail prompt: § Press 1 to listen to new messages. § Press 3 to listen to old, saved messages. 2. While listening to a message, you can: § Press 1 to restart the message § Press 2 to save the message § Press 3 to delete the message § Press 4 to decrease the speed of the message playback § Press 6 to increase the speed of the message playback § Press 7 to rewind the message § Press 8 to pause/resume the message playback § Press 9 to fast-forward the message § Press # to skip to the end of the message 3. Quick Reference Guide

Managing Greetings You can record up to six different greetings for your voice mailbox. You decide which greetings are enabled and for how long.

§ Standard Greeting: Plays when you do not answer a call during business hours or when no other greetings are enabled.

§ Busy Greeting: Plays when your phone is busy

§ Alternate Greeting: When enabled, plays whenever you do not answer a call or when your phone is busy. Overrides all other greetings when enabled.

§ Closed Greeting: Plays for calls that arrive outside of your dealership’s business hours

§ Holiday Greeting: Plays for calls that arrive during a dealer-specified holiday

§ Internal Greeting: Plays only to internal callers when you do not answer a call

Enabling/Disabling Greetings 1. At the main menu, press 4 and then 1. The system plays your current greeting. 2. Select which greeting you want to enable:

§ Standard: 3 1 § Closed: 3 2 § Alternate: 3 3 § Busy: 3 4 § Internal: 3 5 § Holiday: 3 6

3. Press 3 to enable/disable the greeting. Re-recording Greetings 1. At the main menu, press 4 and then 1. The system plays your current greeting. 2. Select which greeting you want to re-record:

§ Standard: 3 1 § Closed: 3 2 § Alternate: 3 3 § Busy: 3 4 § Internal: 3 5 § Holiday: 3 6

3. Press 1 to re-record the greeting. You can press 8 to pause/resume recording at any time.

Managing Your Name

1. At the main voice mail prompt, press 4 to access the setup options menu. 2. Press 3 to change your personal settings. 3. Press 2 to re-record your name. 4. Record your name, and then press #. 5. Press * to save your new recorded name.

Sending Messages 1. At the main menu, press 2. 2. Record your message. You can press 8 to pause/resume recording at any time. 3. Press # to end recording your message. 4. Following the prompts, type the person’s name to send the message to. 6. After selecting the person, press # to confirm. 7. Press # to send the message, or press 1 to add address the message to another

user.

Managing Your Password

1. At the main menu, press 4. 2. Press 3. 3. Press 1 to select the Change PIN option. 4. Enter your new PIN, and then press #. 5. Enter your new PIN again, and then press # to activate your new PIN.

Transferring Calls to Voice Mail

1. While on an active call, press the Transfer softkey. 2. Press * and then the extension of the voice mail box 3. Press the Transfer softkey again, and then hang up to complete the transfer.
