Building at 8:55 and Report to Their Classrooms.

IMMUNIZATION• The Board of Education
requires all students to be immunized against:
• Poliomyelitis• Measles• Diphtheria• Rubella (German
measles)• Pertussistetanus• Mumps
IMMUNIZATION
• The Board of Education requires all students and others legally designated in accordance with State statutes to be immunized unless specifically exempt for medical or other reasons
IMMUNIZATION• The Board also requires that
students who start kindergarten during or after the school year beginning in 1999 be immunized against Hepatitis B or be in the process of being immunized.
• The Board also requires that students who start kindergarten during or after the school year beginning in 2006 be immunized against chicken pox.
IMMUNIZATION• The shot records need to be on
file in the office by the first day of school. Exclusion date will be September 10, 2015.

• After school—students will be brought to the crosswalk at Westedge for pick up.
• Students are encouraged to enter and leave the building independently.

driveway/parking lot is for staff and buses immediately before school and immediately after school.
• Parents dropping off or picking up their child between 10:00 and 3:00 can use the Nevin Coppock driveway/parking lot.

Crosswalk If the Crossing Guard Has Already Gone In.• No Crossing Guard = Bring
