ABOUT THE INSTITUTIONChhatrapati Rajarshri Shahu Maharaj of Kolhapur, the son of Hutama Chouthe Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was a source of inspiration to the

institution. The institute established in 1918, namely “Ahmednagar Jilha Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj” The main object of the institution is to impart education

to economically backward, downtrodden and weaker sections of the society irrespective of the caste, creed, sex and religion. The growth of institution during the

past 100 years is noteworthy with its motto “Tejo Si Tejo Me Dehi”.

ABOUT THE COLLEGENew Arts, Commerce and Science College, Parner is one of the active educational institute working in the rural area of Ahmednagar since 1977. It is

affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune and recognized under 2(f) and 12(B) of the UGC. The College has been re accredited with “A” grade with

CGPA 3.07 in 3rd cycle of reaccreditation. Recently college has been recognised by RUSA, DST, Unnat Bharat Abhiyan and NIRF. The college is recipient of Best

College Award, Best Principal Award along with seventeen National, State and University awards during last five years for its excellence in academic social

activities, performance of NSS and NCC, Students Welfare Board and for college magazine “Chetana” The college has emerged with state of art profile of

infrastructure facilities for learning ambience among the students and faculties. The college has established virtual classroom, sophisticated instrumentation

centre, research laboratories, Sports and gymnasium, knowledge resource centre, hostels, cactus garden, museum, etc. At present college is catering diversified

academic demands of around 4000 students in the form of various UG, PG, Research and Certificate Programmes. The college also offers B.Voc courses in

software development and renewable energy technology and management. The college has reached its level of excellence due to the constant support and

encouragement from the visionary management, devoted and committed team of teaching and support staff and above all, support and affection from the society.

We are committed to strive hard to scale greater heights to fulfil expectations of all stakeholders.

ABOUT THE SYMPOSIUMThe symposium aims to bring together leading academicians, scientists, industrialist and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences

and research outputs and its application towards aspects of “New Trends in Science and Technology”. It also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for

researchers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and

the solutions to be adopted in the fields of Science and Technology.

THEMERecent advances in Physical, Chemical, Biological, Mathematical, Environmental, Computer Sciences and other relevant aspects themes.

CALL FOR ABSTARCT/PAPERS Interested researchers (Student/ Faculty/Scientists/ Research scholar) working in the theme area of symposium may send their original research work in the form

of abstracts not exceeding 400 words in MS-word. A limited number of abstracts in accordance with the theme of symposium will be accepted after scrutiny. The

authors will be then notified for online oral presentation only. Selected oral presentation will be assessed for Young Scientist Award* (*Age limit below 35 years)

Full length papers are also invited for publication in Wesleyan Journal of Research (ISSN:0975-1386) UGC–CARE listed peer reviewed journal.
