New College, Gradel Quadrangles Project Update
This newsletter will be issued periodically to update our neighbourson the progress on the building of the Gradel Qaudrangles
The artist's impression above shows the Quadrangles looking north along Mansfield Road.
They are targeted to be completed by summer of 2022.
Enabling Works
The main construction works is scheduled to begin in early 2020. Ahead of this theenabling works will take place this summer. These works are being phased
throughout the long vacation to minimise the impact on surrounding building andneighbours.

Site access off Mansfield Road will be
established and site hoardings will be
installed around the perimeter of the works
Internal strip out / demolition of
Warham House will start
JULY & AUGUST 2019
Part demolition of Savile House extension
and full demolition of New College School
extension buildings will take place
SUMMER BREAK
Partial demolition / minor internal
alterations of No. 1 Savile Road will be
completed throughout the summer break
LATE SUMMER 2019
The partial construction of a new electrical substation building on the corner of Mansfield Road /
Savile Road will start.
The main entrance through a new Porters' Lodge The East Quad
Ridge and Partners LLP (Ridge) have been appointed by New College tooversee these works and will be in contact with all our Neighbours shortlyto arrange more detailed briefing meetings in early June 2019 prior to theworks starting. Throughout the works we’ll continue to share bi-monthly updates with youall and would welcome any feedback or any questions you may have.
