Shipping:Orders are shipped & landed from Bali.We cover the landed cost of goods & customs duties to your door. Shipping charges are billed to the customer at a rate of $38-$58 per order within the USA. Based upon postal code.

Packaging:Vanessa Montiel branded jewelry bags are available at no extra cost. Please requestjewelry bags upon ordering.

Repairs:In the unlikely event that a piece requires repair, please email with a description and photograph of the damage. If the repair is due to manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at no cost within 8 weeks.

All other repairs will be assessed and charged as appropriate.

Care:Please remember that sterling silver and gold vermeil tarnish.To minimize tarnishing do not spray perfumes and hairsprays on jewelry.We recommend you keep your jewelry out of the sea.

To clean simply use liquid soap and warm water.Sterling silver can also be cleaned with silver cleaner which is available in most grocery stores.
