So what are your plans? Have you taken time to re-evaluate your business focus and direction? You have to take time to plan and not just fit planning time in. My own quote to my staff is: “take one step back to be able to take two steps forward”. Making new resolutions is a great way to set tasks with targets. So to get your year off to a positive start, here are eight easy resolutions to greatly benefit you and your company. NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS Happy New Year folks! Let’s begin it as we mean to go on.
