Auberge Happenings …
▪ Auberge Board of Directors (BoD) Election –Candidate bios are located on pages 3 to 6 (in order as picked from a hat). Please plan to attend the Candidate Forum on Saturday, April 13th at 1 pm. Those who have applied are:

▪ Don’t forget to put the April social on your calendar: Wednesday, April 10th at 5:30 pm. Bring your drinks and food to share.
▪ The Auberge Activity Park will be ready for use after the grand opening on April 14th at noon. More information is on page 2.
▪ The May Happy Hour will be held at Vintana on May 20th. Place your reservation now withJim at [email protected]
The Annual meeting will be heldThursday, May 9th at 6 pm
Ballots will be counted and our two new Board members will be seated. Ballots will be sent via
postal mail before then. Each household will be able to vote for two
different candidates.
The ASK Team is currently working on:
▪ Happy Hour locations for coming months ▪ Local craft beer tour and tasting▪ Taco Tuesdays▪ Sheri & Steve Sick and Robyn & Shimon
Gonen will be sharing information and
photos from their recent African safari. This is planned for 7 pm on Saturday, June 8th.

Please join me in sending my thanks to Bud Taylor and Frank Alessi for all the work they have
done on our behalf during the past 2 years.
Please, please review the candidate statements our 4 neighbors have submitted in their quest to
serve a 2-year term on our BoD. Each one has contributed time and talent during the past few
years. Attend the Candidate Forum on April 13that 1 pm, if you are available, to ask questions and
hear more from them.

Another successful Happy Hour - held at
the Brigantine in Escondido on Monday,
March 18th. We had about 60 people
sitting out on the patio, enjoying a warm
Spring evening.

Bocce Ball
A record high number of 13 teams played in the March tournament. Winners were Jackie Fielding and Rich Reiter, who played a great championship game against Rose & Dave Midura.
The April tournament will be held April 14th after the Activity Lot ribbon cutting ceremony and taco lunch. Check in at 1:15 pm. Snacks are optional. Please register with Jackie at [email protected]
Remember – no experience is necessary –others will teach you the rules as you play.

Co-hosted by Carlos Sanguinetti (son of Al and Patricia), Dinner with Friends is a benefit for Ronald McDonald House.

Team Trivia is Back:
Ron Klein will host team trivia contests the first Thursday of every month at 6:30 pm in the Club. Just bring yourselves and perhaps a beverage.
