Ambassador of the Month:
Laura Burket
Laura Burket is Excel Equine's Ambassador of the Month!
Laura began riding when she was seven years old with her mother in Virginia.Beginning her riding career in the hunter/jumper and eventing disciplines, she
eventually switched to dressage when she was in high school. During college, Lauraheld a working student position with Chrissa Hoffman in Kentucky.
Currently, Laura is the owns and runs Battle Creek Dressage, a dressage trainingbusiness located in Kentucky. Her largest highlight was attending the US Dressage
Finals competing in Grand Prix in both 2015 and 2016.
Her current goals for the future are to progress her horses Flame (a favorite) andDaniel to the FEI levels. She also wants to help her students achieve Dressage
medals and towards attending Young Riders.

Kentucky Horse Council's Prosecco For PoniesThe Kentucky Horse Council will host its inaugural Prosecco for
Ponies event on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at New Vocations at MereworthFarm, a nonprofit member of the KHC. Excel Equine Feeds is proud to be a sponsor
of this event! Funds raised from this eventwill help support the Kentucky Horse Council’s programming, whichincludes advocating for the entire Kentucky equine community and
financially backing the Save Our Horses Fund, KHC’s welfare initiativethat supports horses and owners in need.
There will be brunch catered by Local Feed, mimosas, and BloodyMary's provided all while enjoying the beautiful farm views!

Horsemen Helping Horses Benefit Trail RideHorsemen Helping Horses, a non-profit committed to rehoming Mountain Horses in
Eastern Kentucky, is having their first benefit trail ride on Saturday, October 6th,2019, sponsored proudly by Excel Equine! The trail ride will be held on the groundsof the beautiful Shaker Village in Harrodsburg, KY. The ride will begin at noon withregistration starting at 11:00 AM. Refreshments and light snacks will be available.Come for a fun afternoon and to meet adoptable four legged friends being helped
by HHH. A donation of $50 is suggested but not required.
Excel Equine Sponsors Show Jumping at ThoroughbredMakeover
Excel Equine is proudly sponsoring the Show Jumping division of the ThoroughbredMakeover, taking place October 2-5, 2019 at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington,KY. There will be two full days of show jumping action with courses varying from 2'6",3'. and 3'3" in height. The top five scoring horses will perform two jumping rounds
(regular and jump-off) in the TCA Covered Arena before the judges.Make sure to come out and watch the excitement of this event and several others
at the Makeover. Also stop by the Excel Equine booth to learn about a specialevent deal.
