Term 4 Week 6 Friday 18th November 2016
Newsletter
Hello parents and friends
It has been another very busy week at
HRCS, with students and staff completing
subject assessments and preparing for the
last weeks of the 2016 school year.
Assisted Travel Rollover:
All current 2016 Assisted Travel
applications have been rolled over for the
2017 school year. If there are any
circumstance changes, e.g. change of
address, or a variance to current
arrangements, e.g. requiring a new Assisted
Travel Support Officer, can you contact the
school immediately to ensure that changes
are processed before the commencement of
the 2017 school year. If you need
assistance with this matter, please do not
hesitate to contact Wendy or myself.
P&C Survey:
One of the main discussion points at this
week’s P&C meeting focused on ways to ways
to support more of our parents and friends
to be able to attend meetings. To assist
with this, a short survey has been designed
and is attached to the newsletter. It would
be greatly appreciated if you could take 5
minutes to complete the survey and share
your thoughts. Thank you for your
assistance and on-going support.
Communication Books:
Communication Books are a very important
tool for both the classroom teacher and
families. If you would like a copy of this
terms book, please inform your young
person’s teacher as original documents are
required to be filed at school.
P&C Raffle:
Ticket books have gone home for the P&C
Christmas Raffle. Whilst the committee
have secured some fabulous major prizes,
donations are still being sought. Any
donation would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your support.
Have a great week
Tracey
