Shrimad Bhagwat Katha: The objective of this initiative is to re-establish peace and harmony in our society through doctrines and holy message of the law of Karma according to Gita. Glimpses of Namo Gange Events The Yoga Painting Exhibition

th On the occasion of 4 International Day of Yoga, Namo Gange Trust, with the

collaboration of Paridhi Art group and Indira Gandhi National Centre for the

Arts jointly organised “The Yoga Painting Exhibition” in the month of June from

20-24 by the eminent artist of India at Indira Gandhi National Centre for the

Arts. It was inaugurated by National President Acharya Mukesh Ji, Mr Anshul

Aggarwal, National Coordinator of Namo Gange Trust and Director of Indira

Gandhi National Centre for the Arts.

Yoga Painting Competition

With the collaboration of Paridhi Art group and Indira Gandhi National Centre stfor the Arts, trust jointly organised “Yoga Painting Competition” on 21 June

2018 at Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts.

International Yoga Day CampthOn the occasion of 4 International Day of Yoga, Namo Gange Trust with the

association of Dainik Jagran organized “International Yoga Day Camp” at Dr

Ram Manohar Lohia Park, Ghaziabad. Acharya Mukesh Ji -National President

of Namo Gange Trust implemented International Yoga Portal. Around 200-

300 people from all walks of life gathered & practised yoga asana under the

guidance of yoga instructors. In addition to this, Namo Gange Trust also set up

health checkup and health consultation camp for the people under the slogan

“Aao Yog Apnaye Desh Ko Swasth Banaye”.

Udyog Sangam 2018

Acharya Mukesh Ji, National President of Namo Gange Trust represented as thone of the panellists in ‘Udyog Sangam 2018’ on 27 June 2018; organized by

Ministry of MSME. His Excellency President of India, Minister of MSME Shri

Giriraj Kishore and Secretary AYUSH, Shri Rajesh Kotecha Ji addressed the

event.

Yog Amirtam

Namo Gange Trust organised “Yog Amirtam” workshop on June 28, 2018, by

Acharya Mukesh Ji at The Yogshala centre, Gujranwala Town, Delhi. A total

number of 42 participants attended the workshop. All the participants got

orientation and knowledge about the benefits of Yoga and learned about how

to keep body and mind healthy and happy. Two workshops on “Yog Amritam” thwere also conducted by Acharya Mukesh Ji on 25 August 2018 at The

Yoghshala centre at Kavi Nagar and Gujranwala. Around 60 participants have

attended the workshop & shown great interest in participating such activities

which truly helps to release the stress and increase inner relaxation.

thMedical Association (INYGMA) organised 4 edition of Arogya Sangoshthi on th 30 June, 2018 on the theme of ‘Yoga & Naturopathy for Lifestyle Disorders’.

Shri Mukesh Kumar, National President, Mr. Rajeev Kumar- Head Media &

Communication, Namo Gange Trust, Dr. D.N. Sharma National Vice-President

International Naturopathy Organisation, Dr. Rajesh Singh, Vice President,

Indian Naturopathy & Yoga Graduates Medical Association (INYGMA), Dr

Abhay M. Shankaregowda, Dean & Faculty of AYUSH, Swami Vivekanand

Subharti University, Dr Anjali Sharma, Yoga, Naturopathy Physician & Clinical

Psychologist & Dr. Sriloy Mohanty, BNYS, PhD Scholar graced the occasion

and inaugurated the seminar.

Divine Enlightenment

First time ‘The Yogshala’ has organized a huge “Divine Enlightenment”

workshop and spiritual discourses on July 8, 2018, by various divine gurus,

Sadhak including Acharya Mukesh Ji. It was very well attended and

appreciated by the participants. It was a truly jam-packed session for spiritual

enlightenment, held at Kavi Nagar from 7 am- 4 pm. In this workshop, gurus

bestowed light on inner awakening and discussed finding one’s own true

identity, about creating your own spiritual path for leading personal

endeavour. They also gave preaching on how to consciously reduce your

attachment to materialistic luxuries and resistance from the inner sense which

stops one individual to follow the spiritual journey.

Yoga Workshop

A team of ‘The Yogshala’ of Kavi Nagar centre organized “Yoga Workshop” on July 22,

2018. Benefits of yoga in our life were highlighted in this workshop. What are the

benefits of yoga and how do we maximize them was addressed by the team. Yoga

instructors demonstrated and guided participants for practising yoga in their daily

routine.

Stress Management Workshop

A workshop on “Stress Management” held on July 25, 2018, at The Yogshala centre

Gujranwala Town, Delhi. Acharya Mukesh Ji described a wide spectrum of techniques

of relaxation to combat the stress from our hectic life schedule.

International Hospitality & Wellness Expo 2018

National President of Namo Gange Trust, Acharya Mukesh Ji represented trust and

gave a presentation on ‘Wellness Tourism and Yoga’ at India’s First International

Hospitality Expo 2018 held at Greater Noida from August 08-11, 2018.

Bachchon Ki Rangshala

On the occasion of Independence Day, Namo Gange Trust organized a painting

competition “Azadi Ke Rang, Bachchon Ke Sang” under the initiative of ‘Bachchon Ki

Rangshala’ an inter-school painting competition held on August 14, 2018, among 41

schools of Delhi/ NCR. In senior wing, Rainbow Inter College, Rampur received a first

prize and The Modern School, Barakhamba received second and third prizes. In junior

wing, The Modern School, Barakhamba received first and second prizes and St. Xavier

World School, Ghaziabad received a third prize. Other paintings were highly

appreciated and cherished by the organizers.

National Conference On Environment and Sustainable Living

Acharya Mukesh Ji, National President, represented Namo Gange Trust as keynote

speaker in the “National Conference on Environment and Sustainable Living” held at Le thMeridian on 30 August, 2018 at New Delhi with Shri Manoj Tiwari, Honourable MPs,

High Commissioner of Fiji, Japan along with many eminent speakers, writers and media

personals; were presented in the event.

The Grand Master of Yoga 2019

Namo Gange Trust has launched “THE GRAND MASTER OF YOGA CONTEST” for the

first time in the history of yoga to honor the real champion of Yoga fraternities. Trust’s

primary focus is to hold the annual Grand Master of Yoga competition as an event to

acknowledge Yoga and its endowed practitioners globally. This contest is very unique

due to its inclusive structure as it provides an opportunity to all participants of diverse

background and society from entire districts and states of country. Trust has developed

its own standardized questionnaire and performa to evaluate them.

Namo Gange Trust provides an opportunity to all males and females

from yoga meadow. They primarily classified into major categories

such as Yoga Practitioners, Yoga Students, Yoga Teachers, Yoga

Philosophers, Yoga Researchers, Yoga Professors, Yoga Scholars,

Yoga Gurus/Acharyas, and Yoga Instructors. ‘The Grand Master of

Yoga Contest 2019’ is set to distinguish and recognize ‘The Grand

Master of Yoga Award’ from these categories and also has sub-

categories amongst them which mainly classified and will be

rewarded as two Runner-ups of The Grand Master of Yoga

Award, Little Yoga Master Award, two Runner-ups of Little

Master, Best Yoga Philosopher Award, Best Yoga Asana

Award, Best Yoga Article Award, Best Online Yoga Award

and Life Time Achievement Award.

Auditions of this contest will be organized in India’s five

major zones –North, South, East, West, and Central. The

multiple small screening sessions will be conducted in

various states of India such as Rajasthan, Gujarat, Haryana,

Mumbai, Punjab, Uttarakhand and other major states of

Health Tips: Prevention and Care in Mansoon Season

Do’s: Eat foods that

are high in vitamin A

hygiene, cleanliness and stay away

from moisture. Contamination of

drinking water is common during

monsoon; always drink boiled water.

Eat moderate quantities of light and

warm foods like brown rice and oats;

they are easily digestible. Vegetables

should be washed properly and food

should be cooked well. Your laundry

must be kept neat and clean. Sleep

adequately in order to relax physically

and mentally.

Don’ts: Do not eat spicy or greasy

foods, carbonated drinks, street food,

stored food, junk food, leftover food,

oily and high cholesterol foods as it can

irritate the gastrointestinal tract. Do

not eat salads and raw vegetables

without a thorough wash, as they carry

germs and may cause waterborne

diseases.
