Important Points to Remember

• Cycle less than 26 days• Cycle more than 32 days

If it happens once, it is still okay.

Х If this happens twice within a year, the

method will not work as well for you….

Х If more than 42 days have passed and

your menstruation does not come, even if

you are not pregnant, the method will not

work for you.
