We are an International management search consultancy, specialised in the Print and Packaging sectors. Our focus is on those difficult to source, mid to senior level appointments, 40k upwards, ranging from sales to operations, design to technical and leadership appointments.

Launched in 2009, the NJ-Partnership has grown year on year in revenue, profit and size. Withstanding the 2009-10 recession we have emerged a strong and indispensable business.

Location

Continually growing our team has resulted in an expansion in our Leeds office. Our new home resides in the very heart of Leeds city centre, opposite Trinity Leeds just off Boar Lane, and only 3 minutes walk from the train station.

Research TeamA critical part and a foundation for great recruitment is accurate and up to date research. We are proud of our research team and the valuable contribution they make daily.

Unlike many ‘admin’ roles, our researchers are part of the sales team. Their productivity contributes to our weekly and monthly incentives with a leader and KPI board of their own.

The Role of a Researcher...

As a researcher you role will be an accumulation of the following:

• Company, competitor and market research

• Talent mapping and compilation of structural charts

• Telephone name gathering for candidate and contact details

• Information gathering to help with business development and the delivery of retained assignments

• Draft and publish job advertisements

• Monitor trade publications and media to gain industry knowledge.

• Communicate up-to-date and relevant industry info to colleagues

• Working closely with consultants on key accounts, sometimes accompanying them on site visits

• Help compile and maintain an up-to-date CRM system

• Manage and plan your time effectively so you can manage multiple projects and work to tight timescales

Requirements• Graduate calibre with a second language• Excellent written & verbal communication skills• Be able to deal with various projects at once• Naturally inquisitive and quick to learn • Have a creative approach to problem solving• Internet whiz, search engines and search logic• Interested in business news and events• Organised and possess good planning skills• Be able to deliver to tight timescales• Numerate with acute attention to detail• Hard working and self-motivated.

For Trainees...• A 4 week induction programme consisting of classroom lessons,

practicals and feedback sessions. The induction is split into manageable chucks to allow you to practice what you have learnt in-between times.

• Mentoring by a senior consultant who can offer advice and share their experiences and knowledge.

• Regular reviews with your manager to discuss your progress, activity, KPIs, targets, and what areas to work on to be even better at your job

Been around the recruitment block? Just because you have recruitment experience, does not mean you cannot still learn a thing or two. As well as emerging technologies and methodologies, refresher sessions on sales, systems and soft skills training will be provided.

You will also have regular one-to-ones where you can discuss situations and challenges.
