Dear Reader,

Welcome to the second edition of ‘Nouveau’, spicerhaart land &

new homes’ monthly emagazine. Last month’s edition proved so

popular, that I’m delighted to report that this edition features a

further 20 pages of striking new homes situated right across the UK.

A new home really is an excellent choice. Apart from the overall

convenience of moving in and not having to fumigate, strip wall

paper and start on what often seems to be a life long campaign of

redecoration, a new home also provides at least 10 years

maintenance free living and at a time when everyone seems to

working longer hours than ever before, life just seems better without

house related chores.

Many investors also focus on new homes as they rent out and re-let

so easily and usually benefit from disproportionate capital growth.

Additionally, if work might take you overseas, a new home really

should be the logical choice.
