He is actually doing “double time” as he has been working for the Marlins as part of their Street Team. Now he is fully engaged with the Miami Dol- phins Youth Football Camps. He is pictured above with former NFL Player and now Youth Programs Coordina- tor Lousaka Polite. Although the camp officially started on June 20th, Cory helped with the advanced prepara- tions including logging in registration data, brushing up his skills with CPR and first aid, participated in coach- ing orientation going over coaching guidelines and drills and making sure the campers turned in their waiv- ers.

Cory Cody and Lousaka Polite

Cory Cody is getting a head start on his internship this

summer. He is actually doing “double time” as he has

been working for the Marlins as part of their Street

Team. Now he is fully engaged with the Miami Dol-

phins Youth Football Camps. He is pictured above with

former NFL Player and now Youth Programs Coordina-

tor Lousaka Polite. Although the camp officially started

on June 20th, Cory helped with the advanced prepara-

Reading Pays More is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that markets the financial and other

is reading and comprehending above AGE- level. We hold numerous events such as book

fairs, spelling bees, and weekly readings for pre-k classes around Broward County. We publish

The Davie PAL is looking to fill a position as Recreational Attendant

This is a full time position with the organization as we strive to implement our sports

and athletic programs to the next level.

Job Description

Performs recreational work in coordinating, supervising and administering athletic or

recreation programs for the Davie Police Athletic League. Is responsible for assisting in

organizing league sports, classes and programs or special events, as assigned. Reports to

the Recreational Leader of the Davie Police Athletic League (Davie PAL).

Graduation from an accredited High School or GED, with two (2) years of experience in

governmental, non-profit or voluntary recreation programs, or with one (1) year of ex-

perience in governmental, non-profit or voluntary recreation programs supplemented by

college level course work in recreational programming or a related field, or any equiva-

lent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills,

knowledge and abilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Position: Special Event Staff

Department: Brand Impact and Entertainment

Status: Part-Time / Seasonal (July 1, 2016 – May 1, 2017)

Hours: Flexible

Summary: The Miami Dolphins are seeking skilled, motivated and reliable individuals to fill the

part time position of Event Staff. Under the direct supervision of the Special Events De-

partment, the Event Staff position will assist in the overall execution of game day activi-

ties during the Miami Dolphins season at New Miami Stadium, as well as other Miami

Dolphins events throughout the year.

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:

Work ALL Miami Dolphins home games for the 2016 season.

Assist with all in-game activities as it relates to special events obligations.

Support Special Events department in all pregame and postgame events as assigned.

Arrive early on game days to set up the Grand Plaza, the Joe Robbie Alumni Plaza and the Don Shula Pla-

za.

Oversee and operate Miami Dolphins activations.

Provide a high quality customer service interaction with all Guests to enhance the entertainment experi-

ence.

Assist with set up and break down of Miami Dolphins events throughout the year.

Other tasks and duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Must be comfortable to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.

A professional demeanor with the ability to interact with our fans & front office staff and conduct them-

selves accordingly.

Ability to commit to all 10 Miami Dolphins home games.

Position: Miami Dolphins Foundation Fundraising Staff

Department: Community Affairs

Status: Part-Time / Seasonal

Hours: NFL season / approximately 8-10 hours per week

Summary: The Miami Dolphins Foundation are seeking skilled, motivated and reliable individuals to fill

the part time position of Miami Dolphins Foundation Fundraising Staff. Under the direct super-

vision of the Miami Dolphins Foundation the Fundraising Staff position will assist in the overall

fundraising during the Miami Dolphins season at Sun Life Stadium, as well as other Miami Dol-

phins events throughout the year.

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:

Work ALL Miami Dolphins home games for the 2016 season.

Assist with all in-game activities as it relates to fundraising for the Miami Dolphins Foundation.

Provide a high quality customer service interaction with all Guests to enhance the entertainment experience.

Assist with set up and break down of Prize Wheels, Silent Auction, 50/50 Raffles and other fundraising activities.

Other tasks and duties as assigned. Educate fans about the Miami Dolphins Foundation’s mission and core programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must commit to entire Miami Dolphins home schedule and potential home playoff games.

Approach fans pre-game and in-game to explain the details of the 50/50 raffle program and sell raffle tickets.

Accurately handle the sale and distribution of the tickets, following program requirements.

Answer questions fans might have about the program. Turn in all cash to Coordinator by end of the 3rd quarter.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be comfortable to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.

A professional demeanor with the ability to interact with our fans & front office staff and conduct themselves ac-

cordingly.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Strong sales skills a plus

Hourly Wage: $8.05 per hour
