Civil Engineering Annual Services On a Work Task Order Basis

The meeting was opened up the meeting for Public Comments, public was present but none had questions or comments. The outline of the project was discussed by Fernando DelDago, Morton Rose, Kristine Frazell-Smith and Joseph Chaison. The County would like to select four firms for this contract, and thus the committee aims to shortlist four firms. The Keith & Associates, Inc. team was discussed regarding the lack of CCNA certification in categories 10.01 and 10.02 for their subconsultant RGD & Associates. A vote was taken and it was decided to deem the team non-responsive because no team member possessed these certifications. As a result, this team was not part of the voting or team discussions.
