It is always a fun time of the year when you get to put together an offering like the one you will see here. I look forward each year to see the excitement, anticipation, and pride breeders have when selecting the genetics they will offer at the largest exposition of beef cattle in the United States. Louisville is big time; breeders know it and they bring their best. Last year, females were purchased from the NAILE Select Sale, and went on to earn their own purple banners. The Welsh family of Illinois purchased a female from Derek Ritchie that was crowned Grand Champion Female at the North Central Regional. Lazy H Farm purchased a female from Hilbrand Simmentals that was selected as the Reserve Champion Female at the Ohio State Fair. Congratulations to these two families and the breeders on their success. Though the offering is always exceptional every year, this year I am looking forward to the donor and bred female portion; as there are some exciting females being offered. Females that can make a big impact on an operation. The high quality continues as you follow through to the opens, genetics, and our lone herd sire. It is great to have some Fleckvieh influence back in the sale this year as they celebrate the 10th anniversary of their show here at the NAILE. The Simmental breed is always changing, growing, and progressing. We invite you to be apart of it. Whether you are a new breeder, junior member, or seasoned breeder there is no better time than now to join the hype. Join us in the legendary New Market to purchase some of the greatest genetics our breed has to offer. Please feel free to contact us or the consignors with any questions, and we look forward to seeing you in New Market Hall.

Females like this one are hard to let go of. When we purchased this heifer pregnancy in Denver 2014, we were hopeful she would make it to the donor pen. She did not disappoint after a very successful show career for Claire Trennepohl, Middletown Indiana, she entered production. 4115 has a average of 13 grade #1 embryos on 5 conventional flushes. We retained her last 3 daughters by pays to believe to keep in our herd, while her previous 4 donors command an average of $6500. This female is super quite with a great disposition. That perfect baldy face is just a super

It was with much contemplation that we have decided to share one of our more intriguing SimAngus Donors, M2C Chanelle 577C. This Tremendous Homozygous black, Homozygous Polled brockle faced Donor has filled our tanks with future progeny as well as a super set of ET calves this fall. We thought that it is time to share this up and coming Donor that has averaged around 15 eggs per flush with another progressive breeder during the North American Sale. Chanelle is a daughter of the infamous Angus Sire of Champions Silveiras Style. His females are taking the industry by storm. Style has been the go to sire for high selling banner producing progeny. Her royally bred Dam sired by SVF/NJC Built right and out of the SVF Sheza Fantasy N906 adds another dimension to Chanelle’s impeccable genetic value. The influence of the Built Right x Fantasy pedigree floats thru some of the most influential pedigrees in the Simmental breed. Chanelle herself is exactly what you would expect out of this tremendous pedigree. She is easy on the eyes being angular fronted, deep bodied and level hipped. All of which is being transmitted into her progeny. Selling along with her we will also include 3 Chanelle x CDI Innovator embryos. Chanelle sells open ready to flush to the bull of your choice.

Serena has been a big part of the Clear Water Simmentals program for the last few years, and a few weeks ago at our inaugural Clear Choice Sale, Serena highlighted our sale. Though we might not own a part in Serena anymore, her legacy will live on in our program for many years. We are giving you the opportunity to come to Milan and have the pick of the heifer calves on our sire groups of BC Lookout and HPF Quantum Leap. Pick must be made by January 15, 2019.

We bought 355C from Hudson Pines out of there legendary red donor Alley a few years back. Her first et calves are getting weaned and we feel this up and coming donor is definitely on the right track! This Two Step is a unique beast and extremely good looking. She is very stout from behind and so wide based with a lot of center body. This female has loads of breeding potential with a variety of options one could choose to go in terms of mating options. We feel this female could be one of the better Alley daughters and is going to follow right along in her mother’s footsteps. Whether you’re new to the breed and building a program or an established elite breeder this one

It is with great pride that we are able to offer this pair of maternal siblings that we feel set the standard for the Simmental breed. E721 comes out of the very 1st flush conducted from our Donor Ruby NFF Rhythm B064, which was our top pick and high selling heifer calf in Nate & Leslie Ruby’s Living the Dream Production Sale in the fall of 2014. E721 is sound structured, stout boned, awesome hipped with a tremendous amount of mass and volume. We have not dabbled in the SimSolution business much but the more we produce females like this the more it intrigues us. We love this female just for her shear beauty on the profile. Her depth, rib shape and flank are as if it was painted on her, she is sound at the ground, and her sleek neck comes perfectly out of the top of her shoulder. Her dam is one of the prettiest females on our farm we purchased her two years ago in hopes of producing females like this. If your looking for a female to produce attractive show quality females then the put a magnifying glass over this one.

The foundation of Lazy H’s new herd is being laid down with this cow family. Lazy H Emmabell is a full sib to Lazy H Playmate C8 who was named the purebred National Champion Cow-calf pair at the NAILE in 2017. The calf of the champion pair “Evvey” had a very successful show career this summer. She was named champion heifer at the Memorial Day classic, reserve champion at the eastern regional and 18th overall in a very tough owned show at Junior Nationals. Sequoia has loads of North American history being a granddaughter of the many time champion and North American high seller, KenCo Miley Cottontail. This family has loads of history that many individuals in the breed are aware of. If you are new to the breed I would encourage you study this cow family because it is for real. The list of breeders that have done well with Cottontail genetics is too numerous to mention however Happy 6, Pine Ridge , Sanders Ranch, Sloup Simmentals, Fenton Farms have been involved in Cottontail and their progeny however the list of breeders that family has touched is wide spread. We purchased Sequoia’s dam out the Head of the Class and wow is she impressive or what! This fall heifer is going to be just like her being attractive, soft made and complete. This female is excellent on paper and will be a great addition as a senior yearling next year to show and then head for the donor pen. It was exciting the year Cottontail sold at the North American and Sequoia will only add to the story.

The Steel My Heart x High Regard mating is one we were really excited about and it has not disappointed. This girl lives up to her name - Fancy! She reminds me so much of her famous dam at that age. Year after year the SMH calves stand out in the herd with their balance, mass, and eye appeal. Fancy is no exception. She will be an outstanding breeding piece. Wow! Where do we start? We were exploring opportunities to add some new genetics into our cow families and the opportunity arose to purchase a flush on the great “Red Jewel” cow. The calves hit the ground this spring and just took our breath away. Doug was here this summer to look at the calf crop and after some arm wrestling we gave in to letting one go. We decided to offer “Faith” for your appraisal out of this group. Faith is one of the best heifers to walk on our grass and we

With my youngest son Andrew aging out of the junior program this year, 2018 marks the end of my boy’s junior show careers at Lazy H. If we had one year left, she would be staying in Fleming! In our eyes, Gwyneth Rose has all the right pieces to make a phenomenal show heifer and even a better donor cow. Gwyneth’s dam, (Lock n Load x Ms. Werning 8543U), is a stunning red cow that holds a sure spot in our Donor pen. Yes, you saw that right, her maternal grandam is Ms. Werning 8543U. Therefore, her pedigree is packed full of high sellers, champions and numerous herd sires. Squishy footed, mongo bellied and ultra complete are just a few ways she has been described. She was already named Reserve division at the KILE in her young show career. Her sire is producing hairy eye appeal-ing bovines that are snatching banners all over the county like it’s an Easter egg hunt. This female will not disappoint, come see for yourself!

You can see the characteristics of both the sire and dam as you view her, and given the track record of the sire and his siblings along with the awesome record of the cow family, this one deserves a very close evaluation. We are very excited to be apart of this years sale at the North American and even more excited to be able to offer a heifer like this one here for our first live lot consignment . This is our first Alley 355C et calf and the future sure looks bright for our young donor. This Innovator is flawless on her feet and legs and so graceful on the move. She’s impressive from every angle being huge middle, deep flanked, and large topped but still having that killer front 1/3 to perfect her side profile. We always have had admiration for the Cream Soda cow and the progeny she produces, so when we got the right opportunity to jump on board with the cow family we did just that. B334 was the high selling purebred at the 2015 Mid American Simmental Sale. We purchased her for not only possessing some hottest genetics in our breed, but also her length of spine, femininity, and over all flawless make up. As you can see she has no problem transitioning these traits to her daughters. F17 is more of the power female between the two with a big foot and lots of bone, but still staying very sleek through her neck. Alley is one of the top red donors in the breed and is highly popular among breeders. The reasons are many however this cow family has been producing good ones for many years generation by generation. As the story started many years ago at the AJSA Jr Nationals in Ft Collins, the 240 line quietly got off to a great start. The breeder Wayward Hill has always relied on real world genetics combined with numbers class and style. Stacking elite cow families and being patient has its rewards. As you look thru this catalog and you will find some other elite members so we encourage anyone to study pedigrees, EPDs and structural soundness. Selling two sets of three embryos by Duracell, NAILE champion and 20-20 with the proper guarantees. Also being offered is a sexed heifer pregnancy by 20-20. Both sides of these genetics will carry NAILE royalty.

Jewell over the past couple of years has gained momentum because of her superior ability to excel in the production area. She is not just a pretty face. In the past several years her daughters have been among the sale toppers at the New Direction. By the time the catalog comes out for the North American three other descendants will go under the gavel in Seward. A couple of those outstanding females already have claimed banners at the Iowa State Fair. Nick Sloup purchased a Shear Force daughter at the Spring Turnout and has his best bull ever, SS Extraordinaire. Terry Ellingson and Bryan Stommen purchased a flush on Red Jewell and offer their best in this sale as well. It is great to have a pretty face however the most important part is production and taking to the next level. I never even dreamed of owning a cow like Red Jewell.

How appropriate for Sloup Simmentals and Fenton Farms Simmentals to offer genetics from Onyx, the two time Grand Champion NAILE Female back here in Louisville. History was made on September 8 when Silver Towne Farms held “The Final Drive “ and one of the most storied Simmental programs dispersed their herd. Our programs that focus on cow families was blessed to be able to add this genetic giant. Labeled the “cornerstone” of their program in their catalog, Onyx is one of the most prolific donors of all time. 18 own daughters averaged over $9,000 during the sale. She’s sold flushes and heifers for over $30,000. This opportunity allows the buyer to invest in IVF Reverse Sorted heifer embryos from two of the hottest Simmental bulls in the breed today: Bankroll and Dew North. As you walked through the

sale pens at the dispersal, female after female stood out as Onyx daughters. Being able to raise heifers from these top sires, can allow you to add your own “cornerstone” females to your program. Many top breeders like Chris Ivie and Bill Fulton have told me since we purchased Onyx that at the NAILE during her back to back championship run that she was the greatest Simmental female they had ever seen.

Selling 3 IVF reverse-sort sexed heifer embryos and guaranteeing 1 pregnancy if implanted by a certified embryologist. To say that we are beyond excited about getting Kisses into full production is putting it rather mildly. Kisses sold for a total valuation of $20,000 in the 2014 Jewels of the Northland sale to the Willis Family of West Virginia and her first calf hit the ground with guns a blazing and ready to conquer anything in her path. TSW Blissful Sight (by PVF Insight and a full sib to one of the matings being offered) has been extremely competitive. She was crowned the 2017 Jr. National Champion Bred & Owned percentage heifer, the 2017 Eastern Regional Reserve Champion Bred & Owned percentage heifer, the 2017 Supreme Champion Female at the West Virginia State Fair, 3rd overall at the 2017 Breeders Sweepstakes, Division 5 Champion at the

Selling three embryos guarantee one pregnancy if work is performed by a certified embryologist. We are proud of our accomplishments in the show ring however one of best moments was the year Sheza Bonnie was a champion at the North American. Bonnie was admired by many cattlemen that day and still has her share of friends in Georgia and across the U.S. To this day, Bonnie has produces numerous high selling progeny at the Cattleman’s Choice and our online sales. The special treat here is the embryos are sired by CCF Vision which has done a great job as well. We know this is a no miss because it has worked time and time again.

These type of genetics and cow families as you can see always come thru with the end product that carry on the next level of generations of elite genetics. Knockout progeny have done well for the Hobbs and Jones families plus 102 River Ridge and many others. The list is long and continues to grow plus you can be a part of this rewarding cow family. The selection of the Griswold bull Jass On the Mark was a good choice, his calves look the part.

Choice lot: A, B, C Females - All three of these heifers are from the heart of the Freedom Run Farms breeding program. Sired by the outstanding FGAF Monster 108B, locks in the consistency paternally. Yet, diverseness of the cow families set each lot apart. These females are extra age and are ideally suited for immediate breeding for a fall program.

Thank you for the opportunity to be involved in the 10th anniversary for The Pinnacle Fullblood Simmental show and sale. BVF Flashy’s Earthquake is a combination of Past NAILE highlighted genetics. Double Bar D Flashy 172R was the high selling lot in 2010 for $20,000 and I had the opportunity to purchase her in later to join the Bristolview Farms herd. Earthquake is her natural calf by the NAILE Grand Champion bull FGAF Popeye, who works our pastures as well. This is an opportunity to purchase an own son of Flashy and add to the list of outstanding sons she has produced in her career.

We had taken a break from transplant work, and they the age of some of the best cows jumped up and we decided it was time! In holding to the individually diverse pedigrees of our program, flushing the imported Gilda to imported Hexagon made ideal sense. Gilda is a direct daughter of Gezmi, very stout and good footed, and polled as well. Hexagon is gaining popularity as his progeny shine in many parts of the world. Calculated carefully, this mating could score you the next big thing in the Fleckvieh business.

Ferme Gagnon Inc is proud to be part of this prestigious sale and we want to thanks everyone involves. French Lady is a very good example to how well Fleckvieh genetics can work with any breed. She is just an April heifer who was a standout all summer in our pasture. She goes back to one of the most influential Fleckvieh bull Romano and on the sire side you have a direct son of SOO LINE Motive 9016 who really did is stamp in the Angus industry. If you looking for a competitive show heifer or a good working cow she will do the job for you. This picture was taking in October the day I took her off her mom where she never saw a pound of grain since she was born! She will be ready for you come sale day!

The R.A. Brown Ranch is selling the right to flush any Red Angus or Angus cow they own with the guarantee of at least 6 freezable embryos. There are over 200 registered females to pick from (including many from the family of AbiGrace, who produced over $2,000,000 that are current donors or that are calving between September 2018 and April 2019. The huge majority will be calving in January and February 2018. The flush will need to be performed by June 30, 2019. Flushes can be in-vitro or conventional embryo transfer. If the original flush produces less than 6 embryos, then the buyer can flush that cow again, or choose another cow to flush until a total of at least 6 freezable embryos are produced. The buyer gets all embryos produced in the flush(es). The flushes are to be done by an agreed upon embryo technician. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the flush(es), including, but not limited to: semen, technician, freezing, transportation, health testing etc. This is the first time the Brown Family has ever offered such a lot. The Browns have more Red Angus bulls in AI stud than any other breeder in the world. One of their bulls has led all registrations for the Red Angus breed for 3 years, Brown JYJ Redemption. They currently have 4 bulls in the top ten for registrations. There are lots of gems that would be an asset to building an amazing SimAngus foundation.

To discuss this once in a lifetime opportunity and the R.A. Brown program, please contact: Donnell Brown 940-256-1406

The BHR donation consists of 4 number one embryos out of BROWN MS LOGAN L7742, a flush mate sister to AbiGrace, that has produced over $2,000,000 for the Brown Ranch. Brown Ms Logan was owned jointly by BHR and Little Creek Farms, Dr. Mikell & Mary Cheek, of Starkville Mississippi until she left production in 2017. Like her flush mate sister her feet and under were in perfect shape at age 17.The embryos are sired by Little Creek Express, ASA#2577385. Xpress ranks in the top3% for CE, top 15% for Brth, top 25% for wean, top 15% for year, top 15% for ADG, top 10% for MCE, top 3% for milk, top 2% for MWW, top 15% for stay, top 1% for CW, top 25% for YG, top 1% for REA, top 5% for SHR, top 10% for API and top 15% for TI.

If you are interested in producing the next generation of SimAngus that are from the top of the genetic pool and Fleckvieh based out crossed Genetics this is certainly where you need to look. As far as I know these are the only embryos, from this mating in existence, and they would not be for sale if it was not for this special occasion to honor a great leader of the industry. The embryos are at BHR and purchased will be responsible for shipping.
