Technical & Tactical Development: Focus on fine-tuning technique and form, providing specific guidance in stroke mechanics, real match applications and tactical understanding.
5 Phases of Tennis: provides clarity and understanding of the five phases of the game. Different focus each week: 1) Serve & Return 2) Baseline Tennis: Defense 3) Baseline Tennis: Attack 4) Transition/Approach 5) Forecourt
Pop Tennis: not to be confused with Pickleball, played on shorter tennis courts with shorter, solid racquets, with lower compression tennis balls, using same net height, scoring and rules as tennis, but with one underhand serve.

nSpire Little Stars: (ages 5-8) Camps that are a fun, challenging environment for young aspiring tennis players. Teaching basic techniques, introducing rally-based drills geared toward our 8 and under program.
