• Open to individual Filipino citizens aged 15 years old and above except for NNC employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity

• Only 1 entry for each category per individual• Must include contestant name, mobile or

telephone number/s, and e-mail address and copy of valid identification card with photo

Objectives

1. recognize partners, radio stations and personnel that produce excellent programming that promotes nutrition and community development and participation;

2. search for radio programs with compelling content and innovative solutions to nutrition and community issues; and

3. promote spirit of innovation, creativity and excellence among station personnel and the community radio councils

• The awarding ceremony shall be held during the 6th Nutriskwela National Conference scheduled on 6-7 October 2015.

• 3 batches of trainings originally scheduled in September will be rescheduled at later date
