Mirror Pond Pale Ale—Tawny colored, full-bodied pale ale. Has a distinctive, lingering hop flavor attained by adding copious quantities of Cascade hops throughout the brewing process.

Nitrogen Pushed Obsidian Stout—Smooth as glass and black as the volcanic rock for which it was named. Rich, roasted, and chewy in character—very approachable for the stout novice while a clear favorite of the seasoned veteran.

Cask Conditioned Bachelor ESB—This “Extra Special Bitter” has a deep copper color and rich malt body. English Kent Golding hops provide a balanced bitterness and traditional finish.

Kilt Lifter Scotch Ale—A classic strong Scottish ale, lightly hopped with a strong malt character and a hint of peaty smokiness. Fruity esters balance the sweet malt character.

Opening Day Ale—This is a New World ale with a nod toward German-style. Mildly fruity with very light yeasts esters of apricot and orange.

Pike IPA—Dry and floral with beautiful aroma of fresh hops & sublime maltiness from gently roasted barley. Top-fermented golden/amber-colored ale brewed following the recipes of early English brewers. The result is a highly hopped treat that stands the test of time.

Port Townsend Brown Porter—Intense brown roasted malt flavors, this full-bodied ale is deep reddish brown in color. A bold hop bitterness is balanced by a healthy addition of Caramel malts. Cascade hops provide a flowery and aromatic finish. (O.G. 1.056)

Bitter End IPA—Crisp with bitterness and flavor, this intense IPA takes a pale malt background and pushes it over the top with generous hop additions in the kettle and further dry-hopping. (O.G. 1.054)
