Step 1

Complete the Online Enrollment.

Please see the attached instructions or go to https://rosevillejuhsd.asp.aeries.net/air/ to begin.

PRINT THE ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION AFTER SUBMITTING—THIS IS REQUIRED.

Step 2

COPY of a current mortgage statement OR rental agreement OR property tax bill.

Step 3

COPY of current PG&E bill OR City of Roseville electric bill OR SMUD bill

For new residents ONLY : Statement of services started from utility provider (Must be on company letterhead)

NO Phone or Cable Bills

Step 4

COPY of COMPLETE immunization record.

Immunization records provided MUST include ALL shots required under California Law for students aged 13—17 years.

RJUHSD uses an online registration system to enroll future students starting February 3rd.

This is the FIRST STEP in your new journey.

The OHS Library is available for those families in need of internet access, a translator, or general registration

help. Please bring all required documents for enrollment.

Tonight you will submit your registration documents (see attached) to finalize your enrollment. You will also

meet with a counselor or administrator to finalize the course selections you have chosen. Please arrive at

your assigned time by last name (front page of this packet).

12:00 pm - 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Check your emails this summer to find your schedule pick up time (based on last name) for Viking Voyage

Days. Then join us from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm for Freshman Blue Crew. Blue Crew is a great way for freshman

to learn about everything Oakmont has to offer as well as get a feel for where things are on campus.

CALIFORNIA Immunization Requirements for K-12/Effective July 1, 2019

Copy of Blue CA Immunization Card w/ signatures

CAIR printout.

School Printouts will NOT be accepted. For a MEDICAL EXEMPTION – please contact our school nurse.

STUDENTS MUST have all immunizations at the time of enrollment.

Children behind on their required immunizations may be admitted conditionally IF they are not cur-rently due for any doses.

Online Registration Instructions

1. Go to www.rjuhsd.us and click on “Enrollment” under Important Resources on the right side of the screen

2. Before starting the enrollment process, please read through the “Annual Parent Notice.” You will be asked to confirm that you have reviewed this document at the end of the enrollment process.

3. Under “Step 1,” click on “AERIES Internet Registration”

4. Click on “Enroll A New Student” on the bottom right of the screen

5. From the drop down menu, select “2020-2021, Pre-Enrollment”

6. Carefully read about the required documents. Click “Next”

8. Once you create your account and your school is confirmed (based on boundaries). If your address is not registering because you live in a new development or are on an Interdistrict transfer, please use 1710 Cirby Way, Roseville CA 95661 as your “home address” and enter your correct address as your mailing address. You will be sent an email with a link to activate your account. Please check your spam/junk mail if email is not received right away. The email is from: HomeLinkHelp. When the email is received, click on the link and it will then take you to our online registration page.

9. Please fill in all required fields.

10. If you need to save your information and complete the enrollment process later, you can stop the process and log back in to your account to resume.

11. If the information you entered is correct, click “Finish and Submit.” After clicking “Finish and Submit,”

no further changes can be made online.

12. YOU MUST PRINT THE ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION PAGE, SIGN AT THE BOTTOM, AND BRING TO THE OAKMONT OFFICE OR REGISTRATION NIGHT ALONG WITH ALL OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.

2020-2021 Freshmen Course Selection Worksheet – Students must register their 8 classes and 4 alternates through their Student Account for Home-link (if you were given a login by the school). This worksheet will help students select courses and needs to be submitted on February 19, 2020 at 8th Grade Registration Evening. Please also join us for 8th Grade Showcase Night on February 12, 2020 to learn about all of our classes and programs. Help video and course catalog can be found at www.oakmont.org under “Guidance” and “Course Registration”. A parent signature and student signa-ture is required on the back of this worksheet prior to submission.

For those with a login: Homelink will be open from February 3-18, 2020. If you do not have a login, skip the Homelink step and return all other documents.

Oakmont is on a 4x4 block schedule. This means students will sign up for 8 classes now, but be assigned only 4 classes for the fall term and the other 4 classes for

the spring term. This allows students to “double up” on classes (i.e. A student could take Spanish 1 and Spanish 2 in the same school year.). If you wish to double

up, please sign up for both levels of the classes on this form and on Homelink. We will make sure you are scheduled in the correct order.

Welcome Class of 2024! BLUE CREW FRESHMEN WELCOME EVENT

ALL INCOMING 9TH GRADE STUDENTS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND

Wednesday, August 5th at Oakmont HS

3:00 PM –7:00PM

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM with our pre-event party in the Quad! It is recommended to arrive for registration no later than 2:40 PM

Frosh Parent Meeting from 6:15 PM - 7:00 PM in the Cafeteria

Program Cost $20

Cost includes all taxes and fees, a class t-shirt, dinner and more! The purpose of this orientation is to make the transition from middle school to high school a positive

experience. Seniors and juniors will be serving as leaders and mentors to the freshmen. Large and small group activities are designed to address students’ needs and concerns in

an exciting and enjoyable environment.

**Please wear comfortable clothes and, if possible, have a parent take home textbooks so you do not have to carry them**
