Thank You Gram

With the implementation of the new Net Caddy dining dashboard on the website, a member was unable to distinguish the color choices for reservations because he is color blind. He called Crystal Hillis, Member Services Web

Specialist, who then researched a palette of colors that would help this member distinguish the difference of an available dining reservation or a sold out one. This was definitely over and above her normal job scope, but she really left a great impression on this member who is now able to use the system with ease. Thank you, Crystal, for going over and above to have our members appreciate the systems we have in place, and to show we care.

-Kathy Wyckoff, Director of Members Services

Dear Bob, This is a short note to say thank you for allowing my group access to play Cochise on 9/26. Three of the group have never had the privilege of the Desert Mountain experience. As usual, they said there are no words, nor photos, that could adequately describe the great time they had at Desert Mountain. Every time I’ve had the opportunity to visit, I get caught up in the beauty of the surround-ings and think back on some fond memories of when I worked for Lyle in the development stages of Desert Mountain. Then, before I know it, the golf round is over and no matter what my score, I had yet another fantastic and unique experience there. On behalf of some pretty lucky Pac-12 football officials, Troy Anderson, his two guests and myself, we all convey a collective “Thank you!”

I want to let you know I coordinated our day with Francine Keller, Executive Admin Asst. She was a delight to work with and A-1 on top of all the details for us. Sincerely, Cap Anderson (brother of Lyle Anderson,

Desert Mountain Developer)
