Service to Community Community service has always been a cornerstone of the CFS experience. On Labor Day, new students were inducted into this longstanding CFS tradition by helping clear invasive plants at Exton Park. Later in the month, on Sept. 20, more than 25 students came back to Exton

Park for "Make a Difference Day," an annual partnership between West Whiteland Township, Weston Solutions and CFS. See all of the pictures from recent community service outings on our Facebook page!

EITC/OSTC Support Companies may make contributions to help deserving CFS students at almost no cost through the Pennsylvania State Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs. Qualified firms can make a donation to Church Farm School for scholarships of up to $400,000. Made two years in a row, these contributions result in a 90% tax credit; a one-year-gift yields a 75% tax credit. Thanks to Meridian Bank, IMC Construction and Fulton Bank, who all presented EITC checks to Church Farm School in late August/September! Learn more about EITC/OSTC giving here.

Alumni Happenings Alumni gathered at the school on Saturday, September 6 for the annual Alumni Soccer competition with current CFS students. The game was called at halftime due to a threat of thunder and lightning, with the students leading 4-0. See all of the pictures on

our Facebook page. The CFS Alumni Association will meet on Thursday, October 16 at 7 p.m. in the Griffin Board Room located on the third floor of Greystock Hall. Please contact Lori McDermott at [email protected] if you plan to attend. If you are unable to attend in person, please consider teleconferencing with us. The call-in number is 866.962.6634.
