ORDER OF RULEMAKING

By the authority vested in the Missouri State Auditor’s Office undersection 29.100, RSMo 2000, and section 137.073.6, RSMo Supp.2013, the auditor’s office adopts a rule as follows:

15 CSR 40-3.135 is adopted.

A notice of proposed rulemaking containing the text of the proposedrule was published in the Missouri Register on May 2, 2016 (41MoReg 595–627). Those forms with changes are reprinted here.This proposed rule becomes effective thirty (30) days after publica-tion in the Code of State Regulations.

SUMMARY OF COMMENTS: A public hearing on this proposedrule was held June 3, 2016, and the public comment period ended onJune 6, 2016. At the public hearing the State Auditor’s Officeexplained the proposed rule and no individuals commented on therules. The State Auditor’s Office received one (1) comment from theauditor’s office staff.

COMMENT #1: The State Auditor’s Office identified formatting,typographical, and scrivener errors on forms A, B, and C.RESPONSE AND EXPLANATION OF CHANGE: The forms havebeen changed to correct these formatting, typographical, and scriven-er errors.

No changes have been made in the text of the pro-posed amendment, so it is not reprinted here.
