1. STEEL PLAIN CUPBOARD Size (mm): H – 1980 (78”) x W – 915 (36”) x D – 485(19”) approx. STEEL: Only prime quality CRCA mild steel sheet is used. CONSTRUCTION OF METAL BODY: The construction is multibend and tack welded. All sides, Doors, Top & Bottom, Backside will be of single sheet. SHELVES: ( 04 Adjustable Shelves) Made up of 0.9 mm thick steel sheet having lipped flanges 25mm in width and 15mmdepth. Each shelf is supported on painted bracket of 1.6mm thickness. Also, plastic locks will be provided on topside of shelves to secure them firmly. LOCK & LOCKING ARRANGEMENT: A three way tongue and grove bolting device is fitted with chrome plated handle and seven lever lock with two SS keys. HINGES: Double folded type hinges are provided, fabricated from 1.6mm CRCA steel sheets. Hinges will be covered by MS sheet. LEGS: Legs are provided for better house keeping. SURFACE FINISH: After inspection of assembled unit, the article is processed through chemical cleaning and treated for anti-rust and phosphating. Oven Baked painting.

Size (mm): H – 1980 (78”) x W – 915 (36”) x D – 485(19”) approx. All details are same as S.No. 1 except it has one full width locker and one hanger rod underneath locker and two adjustable shelves.

DRAWERS: All drawers are having top bend integral handles, therefore no loosing or parting of handles for life long. Delrin heavy Duty Bearings for smooth sliding operation. 4. STEEL PEDESTAL CABINETS – PED -03 R Size(mm) : H-715 X W-458 X D- 535 CONSTRUCTION: Fully welded construction in prime quality CRCA MS steel. DRAWERS: Two box drawers and one Filing drawer are offered. All drawers are having top bend integral handles, therefore no loosing or parting of handles for life long. Delrin Bearings for smooth sliding operation. OPTIONAL -04 Dual nylon prime quality Castors ( Front two with brakes –ADD Rs.180/-). LOCKING: Central Locking system. 5. SIDE STORAGE UNIT Size(mm): H – 915 x W – 1200 x D – 460

Side Cabinet is used for storage of box files, odd sizes files, computer stationery files periodicals etc.

Doors slides smoothly on “ Delrin” bearings. Being Sliding Door Unit it takes minimum floor space

(Door opening area is saved). For security a push lock is provided. Top surface can be used as working area as the

height is similar to that of working table. Unit is Powder Coated for long life and aesthetic look. Pre-Laminated top is optional (Add Rs. 650).

6. STEEL BOOKCASE Size (mm): H – 1742 x W – 914 x D – 320 approx. STEEL: Only prime quality CRCA mild steel sheet is used. CONSTRUCTION OF METAL BODY: The construction is multibend and tack welded. All sides, Top, Bottom & Backside will be of single sheet. COMPARTMENTS: Unit having four compartments fitted with top-hang doors of glass panel to view contents. The door openable and stowed upside. ‘Delrin’ bearing channels are provided. Two handles are provided for each panel. LOCK & LOCKING ARRANGEMENT: Each compartment is provided with separate lock openable from single key. SURFACE FINISH: After inspection of assembled unit, the article is processed through chemical cleaning and treated for anti-rust and phosphating. Oven Baked painted.

7. STEEL DISPLAY CABINET Size (mm): H – 1980 x W – 915 x D – 486 approx. STEEL: Only prime quality CRCA mild steel sheet is used. CONSTRUCTION: The construction is multibend and tack welded. All sides, Top & Bottom, Backside will be of single sheet. 04 Clear glass/Acrylic 3mm thick plates are provided. SHELVES: (04 Shelves) Made up of 0.8mm thick steel sheet having lipped flanges 25mm in width and 15mmdepth. Each shelf is supported on painted bracket of 1.6mm thickness. LOCK & LOCKING ARRANGEMENT: A three way bolting device is fitted handle with two keys. HINGES: Double folded type hinges are provided, fabricated from 1.6mm CRCA steel sheets. CONSTRUCTION: Our lockers are made esthetically pleasing and strong rugged welded unit made from only prime quality CRCA MS sheet. Special ventilating panels are provided. Hinged reinforced shutters. Name card holder is provided. Flush polyamide handles for easy grip & snap lock to avoid shutter dangling. LOCKING: Staple Locking Provision is made. Polyamide flush handle is provided. (Built in Lock option.) FINISH: Unit will be given with Oven Baked Painting in desired shade.

5. PERFO PANEL

Panels having provision for wall mounting with stiffeners.

Fully flanged metal panel enforced with channel back strips and toughened fixing points.

Perforated symmetrically with square holes to accept the wide range of accessories. (Hooks are not part of this offer)

No tools are required when fitting accessories to the panel, making set-up quick and simple.

Powder Coating is available in four colours; Blue, Grey, Green and Red.

6. CNC TOOL STORAGE TROLLEYS Size(mm): H – 965 x W – 1000 x D - 600

It is made from a prime quality CRCA mild steel It has segregated compartment for easy

retrieval of tools. Both sides louver panel is provided for holding tool blocks.

On one side 06 blocks could be accommodated, therefore in one trolley 12 blocks (36 tools) could be stored.

Each tool block will have provision to hold 03 taper tools of ISO – 50/ HSK 63 / HSK 100.

BT 40 will be 48 nos could be accommodated on both sides.

Castor wheels four will be provided for easy movement (one with brake)

Provision will be made on top also to keep some tool holders and tools.

It is made from a prime quality CRCA mild steel It has segregated compartment for easy retrieval of tools. Each tool block will have provision to hold 03 taper tools

of ISO-40. Castor wheels four will be provided for easy movement

(one with brake) Total 16 Tool block could be accommodated on both

sides. (Total 48 tools could be stored on both sides of trolley)

8. TOOL HOLDER BLOCK Size(mm): H – 120 x W – 390 x D – 135 Made up from heavy gauge MS steel powder coated, BT 40, ISO – 40, 4 nos in each block, OR ISO-50 / HSK 63 / HSK 100, 03 nos. The block has provision to install on panels having capacity to carry load upto 15 kgs each.

9. MOBILE WORKSTAND

Heavy duty frame work provided sufficient rigidity to use the static version of our range as a low cost machine stand for example to support a bench mounted pillar drill.

Tough steel section framework, in powder coated finish. Super top work surface: 25mm thick pre-laminated

particleboard and resilient edge bending all round. Worktop area 600mm deep x 700mm wide. Range of suspended drawer and cupboard units all with

heavy-duty, steel roller bearing mounted drawers with 70 Kg UDL capacity per drawer. Bottom shelf is provided to store odd size material.

Mobile units are highly maneuverable on 125mm rubber tyred castor and provide ideal supplementary work tables and storage modules. 02 Handles are provided.
