Team lead Gateway Operations: 1. Process starts with once courier complete picking and reach at facility. 2. Members will check the parcels and Docs and collect air bill and mark received in facility through scanner. 2.1 There are three types of air bills (three plier, sticker, SC generated/ Ecom generated). 2.2 Members further initially identify parcels manually to separate cash shipments so that they may be manually verified before sending into customs. 2.3 Further parcels reach at re weigh machine to calculate charges. At re weigh there are two machines installed one which calculate cost as per weight and another which calculates at size of the box, which ever will be higher will be considered as it is the slandered of the global export system. 2.4 Then parcel moves to scanner to see stock inside the parcels to confirm nothing illegal is being shipped. 2.5 After it stock is segregated as per the shipment destination, we ship to main Hubs and mainly in to 5 Hubs (Bangkok, Hong Kong, GB great Britain, Germany, UAE) and Hub further ship to final destinations. 2.6 We have defined HU which is seal on the parcel which indicates where the shipment is need to move, either direct to any country or need to further segregate by other port team ETC. 2.7
