A8. LIABILITY & INSURANCE
The organiser cannot be held liable for any damages done to persons or material / equipment. All participants must be covered by sufficient health, accident and liability insurance. By submitting the entry by names the National Federation confirms that all persons entered are covered by such insurance (in accordance with 1.5.1.2 IBU Event and Competition Rules).

A9. IMPORT AND EXPORT OF RIFLES AND AMMUNITION
1. Regulations applicable for EU residents
AUT, BEL, BUL, CYP, CZE , DEN, ESP, FIN, FRA, GBR, GER, GRE, HUN, ITA, LAT, LTU, NED, POL, POR, ROU, SLO, SVK, SWE, NOR and SUIWhen entering and leaving the Republic of Estonia the European Firearms Passport and the Official Invitation of the Organiser must be submitted upon request. No other permits are required.
2. Regulations applicable to non-EU residents

The following forms for the import of firearms to Estonia must be used:
To facilitate your arrival and departure at customs regarding rifles and ammunition, please find the enclosed forms, which should be completed. The license will be sent to your federation.
A License and Official Invitation to the customs authorities must be presented upon entry to Estonia with firearms. In case these documents cannot be presented, no permission will be given to enter the country.
2.1. Carnet A.T.A. Procedure
This procedure is another possibility for member states to import weapons and ammunitions into the Republic of Estonia in addition to the procedure listed under point 2.Member states: ALG, AND, AUS, BLR, CAN, CHN, CRO, CYP, IND, JPN, KOR, LIB, MKD, MGL, MAR, NOR, NZL, ROU, RUS, SCG, SUI, USA

A10. VISA REGULATIONS
The following IBU Member Federations require visas to enter and stay in the Republic of Estonia:
ARM, BIH, BLR, CHN, GEO, KAZ, KGZ, LIB, MDA, MGL, MKD*, RUS, SRB*, TPE,
TUR, UKR, UZB
* No visa required for biometric passports holders
The authorised Consulate or Embassy of the Republic of Estonia will release the entry visa. The lists of names of the teams for the invitation to be submitted to the embassies must be sent to the Organising Committee.

The organiser ensures transport from the airports against payment according to an order Tallinn Airport is located 260 km from Competition Venue (www.tallinn-airport.ee/eng)Riga Airport is located 225 km from Competition Venue (riga-airport.com)
The Organising Committee will organise the transport of the teams from Tallinn and Riga airports.

The required number of rooms must be requested when submitting the entry by numbers / LODGING AND TRANSPORTATION RESERVATION. Category A 60 €Category B 40 – 45 €Category C 30 – 35 €Additional cost per single room per day per person is 15 €- Full board per person per day Payment of the accommodation will be done through the Accommodation Office only. The required numbers of rooms must be requested when submitting the entry by numbers and is considered booked when the entry by names is made. Any accommodation that is not used or cancelled with the entry by names by 18.07.2013 must be paid by the National Federations concerned.The costs of accommodation have to be paid to the Competition Office till 03.08.2013.
