(a) The controlled price of Metallic man-
ganese ore having manganese component
over 57% shall be made by adding amount
at the rate of \287 per ton for every in-
crease 1% component to the controlled
price for the manganese having 57%
component.
(b) The controlled price of dioxide man-
ganesa ore having component 40% but
not over 65% shall b3 amount depending
upon the manganese component, and the
controlled price for the metallic manganese
ore shall be applied.
The controlled price of dioxide man-
ganese ore having component of over
90% shall be made by adding amount at
the rate \281 par ton for every increase
of 1% component to the controlled price
for the dioxide manganese having 90%
component.
(c) The controlled price of the preceding
list shall permit percentage of weight of
humidity contained up to 5%.
d) The controlled'price of Metalic man-
ganese ore shall be for those of silica
component of 20% and, as to those having
silicacomponent of over 20%, a deduc-
tion at the rate of \26 for every in-
crease of 1% shall be made from the
controlled prices, and as to those having
silicacomponent of under 20%, an addi-
tion at the rate of \ 26 for every decrease
of one per cent shall b3 made from the
controlled prices.
(e) In computing the component of the
Metalic manganese ore and dioxide man-
ganese ore, the calculation shall be made
down to one place of decimal counting
fractions' over 5 as one and disregarding
the rest.
(f) The controlled prices in sale of a speci-
ally processed dioxide manganese tablet
or powder for special use of drycell,
chemical medicine, etc., shall be computed
by t;he following method t)f calculation:
(controlled price of dioxide manganese
having equal component of dioxide man-
ganese in tablet or powder) x 1.08 +
\2,266-controlled price to be required.
(g) The controlled price shall be f. o. r.
the nearest railway station (including the
nearest stop of the nationl operated
motor-cars) to the mine, or f. o. b. the
nearest port of the mine.
The controlled price of dioxide man-
ganese in tablet or powder shall be ex
processing factories.
(h) The controlled price of metallic man-
ganese shall not include wrapping and pack-
ing charge, and the controlled price of di-
oxide manganese and it's tablet or powder
snail include warpping and packing charges.
