In accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of the Price Control Ordinance, the controlled
selling price of special cotton twisted yarn is hereby designated as follows, and the Price Agency
Notification No. 805 of October 1, 1949 (concerning the designation of the controlled selling price of
special cotton twisted yarn) shall be hereby abolished:

out of the controlled amounts of producer's price of special cotton twisted yarn shown in this
list according to kinds of yarns, counts of yarns and number of twisting.
b. The controlled amount of producer's price of finished special cotton twisted yarn mean the
controlled amounts of producer's price plus the following finishing charges:

c. The controlled amounts of producer's price shown in this list mean those ex factory includ-
ing packing charges.
(3) The controlled amounts of seller's price mean the controlled amounts of producer's price plus
5% on it, and mean including packing charge, however, cost of transport burden on buyer.
(4) In case to calculate by the controlled amounts of price shown in this list as for the fraction
less than yen, it shall be stopped at yen unit counting as one fraction more than 5 included and
cut away the rest.
