FINISHINGLoopy Tassels (make 5 with A. Make 4 with each B and C): Wind yarn around a piece of cardboard 5" [12.5 cm] wide 15 times. Tie through loops securely at 1 end. Wrap yarn 3 times around Tassel 1" [2.5 cm] down from tied end. Fasten securely. Do not cut loops at bottom of tassel. Sew Tassels at each ch‑3 sp from last row, alternating A, B, and C as shown in photo.
