Wellbeing Wednesday – Actively Awesome

Being active is not only great for your physical health and fitness. Evidence also shows it improves your mental wellbeing. Exercise causes chemical changes in your brain which can help to positively change your mood. Spend an hour doing one/a range of the following exercises or do something else of your choice.

Email us at school to tell us what you did and how it made you feel.
