Maile School acting graduate and instructor Shellita Boxie booked Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War movie.

Shellita graduated with honors in both academics and sports from Plaisance High School. She later moved on to get a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communications and Advertising from the University of Central Florida. She worked her way through college in the health and wellness industry which is how she became the founder and owner of SMB (Spirit, Mind, Body) Personal Fitness & Entertainment, Inc.

Once the company was established, with a flexible schedule, Shellita was able to pursue her childhood dream of becoming an actor. She started out with lifestyle print modeling, background acting and theatre. Later moving into commercial, film and television.

Her accomplishments are a SAG nominated stunt actor for AMCs The Walking Dead, 2015 Mentor of the Year, Maile acting instructor, and celebrity fitness trainer.

Shellita’s impressive resume credits include Shots Fired, Baby Driver, Captain America: Civil War, Confirmation, The Originals, The Birth of a Nation, Ballers, Ride Along 2, Cell, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 and 2. She can also be seen in commercials such as Publix and Coca-Cola as well as Tyler Perry movies.

Kids acting grad Fabiano Foga is 8 years old, in 2nd grade and attends Kissimmee Elementary School. He recently booked a commercial for Disney Cruise Line and hopes to see it very soon. He also modeled in a fashion show for Gymboree, booked print for Harcourt and Children’s First and performed in a theatre production titled Little Boy Lou. Fabiano is in the Junior Magic Basketball league and enjoys martial arts, swimming, dancing and acting. He is an honor roll student and was awarded perfect attendance as well as receiving a Ready Reader Award. Fabiano’s mom Kerry-Ann says, “The Maile School is such an incredible place they’ve taught my son great self confidence as well as given him an opportunity to develop on his natural talent as a young actor…I’m so happy I chose the Maile School for him.” Continued success to this young talent.

Congratulations to Maile School graduate Chelsea Talmadge. She booked a recurring role as Grace on the PBS show Mercy Street. She also can be seen in the new TV comedy series on CMT titled Still The King as Mable premiering Sunday June 12th. She also is playing the role of Carol in season 1 of Stranger Things coming to Netflix July 15th. Her other industry work includes Day One as Ambrosia, To Write Love on her Arms as Sarah, and she performed as Cindy Lou Who in Ginchmas at Universal. Chelsea attended the on camera teen acting program here at The Maile School in 2009. We are so happy to see Chelsea pursuing her dreams. Way to go.

Exciting news for Maile School Image and Modeling grad Elizabeth Tran. She will be representing her mother, Rosanna Tran, also a Maile School Professional Modeling grad, hometown, Hong Kong, in Australia's first international pageant, Pageant Of The World. Elizabeth says, “I have always dreamed of visiting Sydney, I am so grateful for this opportunity and everything coming my way”! We wish you lots of luck. Bring home the crown Elizabeth.

Maile School kids acting graduate Michael Campion plays the role of Jackson, DJ’s son on the Netflix series Fuller House. He was spotted and featured in this teen magazine (pictured left) talking about an embarrassing moment when his voice cracked at a very important audition right in the middle of a scene. Oh well, things happen. Keep up the great work Michael.

program for teen girls covering just that. All students work on skin care, makeup,

etiquette, posture, poise, public speaking, communication skills & more!

Have you even thought about Modeling? Take the modeling camp & walk the runway in our back to school fashion show. Camp

covers all types of modeling, runway, commercials, photo posing & experience a photoshoot photography session & more.

On Friday, May 6th the Seminole Towne Center hosted their annual Mom’s Night Out Fashion Event. The Maile School presented a spring fashion show along with mannequin modeling. We also opened the show with 2 of our awesome singers.
