TRI-AXIAL CONSTRUCTION is designed to increase the board’s responsiveness and edge grip by placing the

fiberglass strands in three directions (0/+45/-45). This is one of the lightest fiberglass materials available. The +/-45 degree

fiberglass direction focuses on the lengthwise flex while maintaining a consistent stiffness throughout the board torsionally.

We specifically choose wood for it’s liveliness, weight-to-strength ratio and overall feel. Computer-aided machining allows Omatic to profile our wood

cores to an exact thickness throughout the board, giving you increased snap for better ollies and stability while riding at any speed. Each and every

Omatic board features wood from tip to tail.

CLEVERcoreTM Featured in the Sweet and Celebrity, the CLEVERcoreTM is our lightest constructed full-length wood core. We fuse

together two species of wood; ULTRA LIGHTWEIGHT Poplar and Bamboo (a renewable resource) and NoMax Honeycomb which results in a more stable, superlight and snappy feel. This also incorporates air channels

placed between your bindings, thus reducing the board’s weight.

Our boards are specifically engineered for every style of riding. Every layer of material that is placed in our snowboards is precisely calculated to meet our flex standards. Whether it’s a Mens, Womens, or Junior board, all flex patterns are

perfectly balanced making for a smooth, predicable riding snowboard.

From turning at high speeds in pow to spinning back 9’s over a 60 foot booter, we understand how drastically sidecut affects overall performance

of a board. Our sidecut technology has been refined to match the demands of today’s rider for each series. We have developed sidecuts that

best match each style of board and construction.

Tri-Radial Our TRIRADIAL sidecuts are designed by blending three radii over the length of the edge. The radii are positioned slightly back

allowing you to balance yourself while blasting aerial maneuvers.

Dual-Radial Our DualRADIAL sidecut design incorporates and blends to two radii for quick, smooth, arcing turns. Edge-contact points at the tip and tail are decreased, transferring the energy to the middle of the board

making it less catchy and providing instant response.

Radial We’ve developed a single-radius design that provides a smooth, consistent edge throughout the entire turn. This enables riders to make

smooth, predictable turns.

Omatic has combined our fiberglass matrix with specifically placed kevlar and carbon beams to concentrate on strength, torsional rigidity and

stiffness throughout our boards. This composite construction, combined with our sidecut technology, is designed to give a more responsive feel and

consistent ride while performing any spin or technical trick

DualBEAMTM Well, our crack team of engineers went all out for this one. The DualBEAM consists of several Non-Crimping High Modulas

Carbon strands fused and stitched together in the 0 degree direction with the fiberglass composite strands. The combination of V direction carbon DualBEAMs and Kevlar is designed to give a more responsive ride that is super smooth with tons of POP. This special integrated technology is especially design for Omatic only and is super lightweight and will give

you the most consistent ride everyday you hit the slopes.

PowerBEAMTM Our PowerBEAM technology consists of two carbon beams placed in an Arrow-Pattern towards the tip and tail area that

concentrates on strength, stiffness and dampening properties. We then add a strip of Kevlar through the center for it’s additional dampening properties.

This composite construction, combined with our sidecut technology is designed to give a more responsive feel and smooth, stable ride.

SMARTcoreTM Featured in the AWESOME, DISCO and EXTR-TXTR, our SMARTcoreTM is vertically laminated Poplar from

tip to tail with a Beech stringer down the center of the board to increase the board’s longitudinal Pop. We then mill a few air channels between

the bindings to reduce the board’s weight.

INTELLIGENTcoreTM Featured in the BORON, BENATAR , BUZZ and BLAST, our INTELLIGENTcoreTM is constructed by

vertically laminating Poplar stringers together. The Poplar stringers are strategically placed down the center of the wood core to provide a

torsionally more rigid and quicker feel from edge to edge.
