Further to my letter dated 10 August 2016, and in accordance with General Assemblyresolution 70/290 on the organization of the high-level plenary of the General Assembly onaddressing large movements of refugees and migrants, I have the honour to enclose herewith,the final list of relevant nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) and civil societyorganizations (CSOs) which has been approved for the high-'level plenary meeting to be heldon 19 September 2016.
