Preamble:

Soft skills help in Personality

Development which is the growth and

development of the thinking, perception,

attitude, nature, mood, behavior and

activities that differentiate among people. It

is a tool to bring out one s abilities and

powers for making himself aware of his

inner self and become more confident.The

individuality of a person and his/her

emotions, behavior, communication skills

and corporeal characteristics can be

improved through soft skills.

Soft skills are usually behavioral

traits inherent in an individual. Some

individuals simply have the right set of soft

skills that allow them to ex cel in any

situation such as understanding

instructions q uickly, ex ecuting them

effectively, having the ability to take control

and gain respect from a team of

ex ecutives.

This workshop will provide a

platform for effective and impressive

personality developmentand helps the

students to face, meet and overcome the

challenges of the outside world more

effectively and efficiently. It also makes

easier for them to ascend complicated

academic and corporate ladder more

smoothly.

SMS, Constituent Colleges, allAffiliated

Colleges are eligible.This seminar will
