• 1 oz High West Rendezvous Rye
• 1 oz Ron Zacapa Rum
• 0.5 oz Cointreau
• 0.25 oz Smith and Cross Rum
• 0.75 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• Pineapple Fronds
• 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 0.25 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
PREPARATIONAdd all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a Collins glass with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds.
