Efficient water management requires fast and precise access to and processing of an abundance of process data. The Beck off Embedded PC series is optimally suited to this: The connected Bus Terminals support the connection of all common sensors and actuators for the precise acquisition of the different process parameters, such as levels, temperatures, flow rate, pH value, oxygen or nitrogen content etc. at the various water treatment stations. The compact embedded controllers have sufficient performance to control the decentralize outstations of a wastewater treatment plant. Apart from control technology they also take care of data storage and processing as well as local visualization. The scalability and modularity of the PC-based controller provides the operating company with the possibility to adapt its plant to the many different or changing requirements without having to accept high implementation costs and expenditure of time on each occasion.

Online continuous monitoring system for Effluents Central Pollution Control Board issued directions under section 18(1)b of the Water and Air Acts to the State Pollution Control Boards and Pollution Control Committees for directing the 17 categories of highly polluting industries such as Pulp & Paper, Distillery, Sugar, Tanneries, Power Plants, Cement, Oil Refineries, Fertilizer, Chloral alkali Plants, Dye & Dye Intermediate Units, Pesticides and Pharms Sector, Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETP) and STPs, Common Bio Medical Waste and Common Hazardous Waste Incinerators for installation of online effluent quality and common emission monitoring s y s t e m s t o h e l p t r a c k t h e d i s c h a r g e s o f p o l l u t a n t s f r o m t h e s e u n i t s . Directions were also for installation of real time water quality monitoring systems to monitor parameters such as pH, TSS, COD, BOD, Chromium, Arsenic, AOx, Ammonia.

Water Quality Monitoring SystemWater Quality Monitoring System allows you to monitor multiple water quality parameters with a fully integrated, easy to use, economical system. Water Quality Monitoring System is integrated with multichannel analysers which accepts sensors like pH, TSS, DO etc., & TOC analyser which directly measures COD/BOD/TOC & flow based on ultra or magnetic (user choice) flow meters with all options connected to PC based data logging system with CS.

High performance on-line TOC analyzer using the established 6800C catalytic combustion and non-dispersive infrared detection method based on USEPSA / ASTM methods. The analysis of TOC is a more rapid method for the determination of organic load and thus has the potential for better early warning and pollution control management. TOC analysis is a practical alternative to COD / BOD for plant control, process management a n d m o n i t o r i n g o f i n fl o w a n d e ffl u e n t fl o w s i n w a s t e w a t e r t r e a t m e n t p l a n t .
