Online registration – FAQs (1 of 2)

• I have received an email saying I need to register but have

already done so.

Usually this means a student has not registered, but may have

completed IT Activation and/or online module selection. Ask them

to log into MyExeter and see what their registration message says.

• The information displayed is wrong

The student may be able to amend the information. If not, it is likely

that they can report the error using the online registration system.

Please advise them to read and follow all the instructions on-

screen.

• My fee is wrong- Is the student on a study / work abroad or industrial placement

during the current academic year?- If not, please ask them to report the error within online

registration / via SID- If so, please check that they declared their placement(s) at

the start of registration. They can return to the Placements
