Challenges are opportunities in disguise, they seem to be against us but in fact they are on our
side. Challenges are opportunities that life gives us so we can become the best version of
ourselves
These inspiring lines stands true for the Vidya Valley School, Mohali family. When the schools
across the city were suddenly closed the teachers of the school took up the challenge of
implementing online learning and ensured that the teaching learning process progressed as
planned. The new academic session began on April 6, 2020 our first day of remote learning, after
which we never looked back. From sending learning modules through WhatsApp , to Zoom live
classes we have been upgrading ourselves as per the needs of our students. Our live classes are
not just restricted to academics, but we are making it certain that our Vidyavallians learn all the
necessary nuances of the co-curricular activities too.

DATE-1st May,2020
To celebrate the painstaking effort of the labour force, that work tirelessly, the International
Worker‟s Day also called as Labour Day, was celebrated in online classes conducted by Vidya

architects of our society, and they deserve their due respect. We have always believed that it is
small acts of kindness that count and we at VVS Mohali attempt to inculcate that same virtue in
our children.
Students celebrated the Labour Day by doing a fun filled activity wherein they used their
handprints on paper to convey their thankfulness(by giving high five) towards the hard-working
architects of our society. They made posters and wrote slogans in their honour.
The event was designed to forge a better understanding of the labour community among our
students who must learn to respect and appreciate their efforts.

Day comes once a year. All the mothers were requested to share one photograph with child" along
with any prop: ( card, drawing, flower etc. containing wording “Happy Mother's Day. l love you
