Enter LIC ID (mentioned in the Salary slip) and Date of Birth in the fields as below

CLICK “Proceed”.

Create user ID and password of your choice as per the instructions mentioned therein and submit.

LOG IN USING THE CREDENTIALS CREATED ABOVE and AFTER LOGGIN IN WE CAN CHECK POLICY
