Fan Storage Heater
The storage heater controls are locatedunder the lockable flap in the right handcorner of the top panel.
The amount of heat stored over night, onthe cheaper electricity tariff, is controlledautomatically. The amount stored dependson how warm the room is and the outsidetemperature at the end of the day – thehotter the room, the less heat is stored.

CRoom temperaturethermostat control 1 = low, 6 = high
Initial settingA Fan switch (I) B Boost switch (0)C Room temperature (3)
Fan and boost settingsIf you need extra warmth you can use the high fan (II) or boost settings.
The low fan (I) setting will draw on the heat stored overnight, using the cheaperelectricity. For rapid heat, switch the fan to position (II) then return to position (I)when the room is warm enough.
The boost setting uses day-rate (more expensive) electricity and therefore itshould be used sparingly, such as toward the end of the day when the storedheat and fan are unable to keep the room warm.
If the low fan (I) setting cannot keep the room warm at your normal thermostatsetting, press the boost button to (I). Low fan speed (I) should be sufficient.
When the storage heater is charging overnight, the room temperature controloverrides the boost and fan settings, automatically adjusting to the charge andtemperature required.
