The 5th Gas Pipeline Network

Scope of Work: EPC of 42 and 36 inch diameter main transmission pipeline from Rayong to Nakornpathom pass through 9 provinces with maximum transmission approximately 2,000 million cubic feet per day
Project Location: 9 provinces consisting of Rayong, Chonburi, Chachoengsao, Prachinburi, Bangkok, Pathumthani, Pra Nokorn Sri Ayudhaya, Nonthaburi and Nakornpathom
Work Period: Approximately 3-year
TRC has invested in ASEAN Potash ChaiyaphumPublic Company Limited (“APOT”) (former name wasASEAN Potash Mining Public Company Limited whodevelops the ASEAN Potash Mining Project, one ofthe cooperation projects between ASEAN members.(Thai, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Philippines andSingapore) Total project investment is approximatelyof USD 1.5 billion.
At present, APOT is during developing its project after obtaining the 25-year mining concession in February 2015. On 10 February 2016, TRC obtained Letter of Award from APOT for Turnkey Delivery of APOT Project Package 2 Surface Processing and Facilities, work value of USD 142,027,205, EUR 416,000,784 and Baht 12,433,389,522 or approximately Baht 34 billion.
During the 25-year Mining Concession, APOT shallproduce at least 20 million tons of MOP (Muriate ofPotash) or equivalent to USD 8,000 million.

The 9/2015 Board of Directors’ Meeting of TRC in September 2015 approved TRC Investment Limited, a subsidiary in Mauritius, to acquire additional ordinary shares of ASEAN Potash Chaiyaphum Public Company Limited at the aggregate of not exceeding 6.3 million shares, par value at Baht 100 per share, at price of Baht 200 per share, total value of Baht 1,260 million from Thermal Trade and Investment Limited.
