About the Company
OptiMax consulting is a niche technology and strategy consulting firm in QA, testing and validation services.
It comprises of consultants with average experience of 12+ years in Technology, QA and management
consulting. Our service offerings include:
STRATEGY CONSULTING:Creating new service lines/offerings and evolving growth strategies for new and existing services
Project management, planning and execution
Assist in Vendor evaluation for outsourcers/ captive setups
TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING Developing industry business solutions and Intellectual Property leveraging technology (Internet and legacy technologies)
Current Focus is on Testing and Validation Services (QA) and building QA solutions
Building technology products for testing and validation services and for the Financial Services industry
HUMAN CAPITAL SOLUTIONS
Assist customers with competency development frameworks and training
Recruitment and staffing support – exclusively for testing and validation (QA) services only
Provide assessment services to organizations that help `firms validate `the behavioral traits of employees

Venkatesh V.C. – Founder and CEO
• Venkatesh is an IT professional with over 17 years of experience having worked with marquee firms in India and abroad (TCS,
Wipro, iGATE USA, Keane India, iNautix and Infosys) serving marquee customers in financial services and government.
•During his career, Venkatesh has worked with customers in legacy, client-server and internet technologies.
• He was extensive experience working with captive setups and offshore IT service providers
•He has been involved in developing industry business solutions in the financial services domain and also in testing and
validation services.
•He has been involved in penetrating new markets and growing new service lines
•He has been involved in large deals pursuits, transition and delivery while at Infosys.
• Venkatesh has been actively involved in the strategy and business planning activities while at Infosys.
•He is an avid marathon runner and is extensively involved in raising funds for social causes like environment and education
•He holds a Masters Degree in Engineering (ME) from Indian Institute of Science where he specialized in Robotics
•He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore with specialization in

Sandeep Chadha – Co-Founder and COO
•Sandeep has over 20 years of IT experience across various delivery, consulting, operational and strategic roles.
•Majority of this has been in the Financial services and Capital Markets domain.
•He has been instrumental in setting up new service lines and offshore delivery centers for the firms/customers.
• He has been involved with customers like American Stock Exchange, US Bank, Fidelity, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, E&Y, Sun
Life Assurance UK, Credit Communal de Banque, (Belgium) and Standard Chartered Equitor (Singapore).
• Sandeep has been extensively involved in Pre-Sales and Business Development in the financial services space
• He has deep domain expertise in the capital markets having worked with niche hedge funds, trading firms and wealth and
asset management firms
• Sandeep was involved in forging Alliances with product vendors in the financial services space.
• He graduated in Engineering from the prestigious IT- BHU university in India and has certification from the US Securities
Operation forum, National Stock Exchange (India) and advanced certification in the Broker-Dealer operations
•Currently he is a strategy consultant with a Financial Technology start up – inCurrency with focus on trading algorithms
• Sandeep has worked with Infosys, TCS, Interra before taking up the entrepreneurial route.
