Your canvas will be on a stretcher frame unless requested
otherwise. Standard bars are approx 2cms deep inc the pinned
canvas. Note the finished piece maybe fractionally different to the
print size ordered due to production and framing as print is
gallery wrapped around the edge to the reverse of the frame.
Planand carefully measure the space where you want the picture.
Choose size ratio format matching your photo ratio or we will need
to crop image. E.g. 5 x 8photo can be 50 x 80 cm. We can make 4cm
deep frames, and can create any size frame to order, please give us

Conditions of Order: You confirm to Contrado Imaging Ltd [the
seller] you own or have permission to use the image[s]. Every care
is taken to protect your im-ages. We cannot accept responsibility
for damage or loss of original photo in the postal system. As a
precaution, we will hold a digital copy of your image untilgoods
are delivered.We regret we are unable to give refunds. In the
unlikely event of manufacturing fault, it wi ll be repaired. You
accept that a photographwhen enlarged may lose some definition and
that colour variation may occur in finished item (perhaps
brightening). We may like to take a photo of your finishedproduct
for display in our gallery or on our websites and reserve the right
to do so unless you expressly forbid at time of order.
Cancellations attract a 20%charge. Alterations to an order are 15
per alteration if achievable at time of request. In the unl ikely
event of a concern with the product on receipt it must bebrought to
our attention within 14 days. Please review tips and guidance on
our web pages with regard to photo choice and preparation before
you order.Production start date is date of receipt of complete
order not posting date.Picture cropping and editing: Your original
photo will be digitally copied. You accept we need to exercise a
degree of license to crop and edit images to fit and toachieve the
very best results. If you have edit requests, please state above in
Notes. Red Eye, blemish reduction, date stamp removal, black and
white conver-sion are free of charge and at our discretion.
Contrado is not obliged to make these adjustments and does so
without liability in order to help to achieve bestresults.
